Had a great experience with my order. My bag is wonderful, fulfills all my needs. Had a minor issue with my order, but it was just a glitch. I got a response back from customer service quickly. The bag arrived in the designated time frame.

The products I received from Bagsmart are wonderful. I had accidentally ordered a duplicate bag and needed to return it. The customer service is responsive when I had problems with my order and a return. Please note to all customers that you MUST provide Bagsmart with the tracking number of your return when you send it to them. The fact that I did not delayed them locating my return, but eventually they found it and I got my refund. I appreciated their attention and consideration in my case. Again... I love the duffle, toilet kit and packing cubes that I ordered for my trip to the Caribbean.
Offers free gifts but doesn't deliver
After spending hundreds of dollars my order unlocked a free gift but it wasnt added to the order delivered. After enquiring via email, I was met with a generic Ai response asking for photo evidence of the package missing 😂

Highly incapable organisation
Highly incapable organisation. Call themselves BAGSMART UK, but ship all the way from China, which took forever! Their website clearly states a 30 day return policy but now customer service is saying they don’t accept returns at the moment due to logistics. So now I’m stuck with two backpacks, and they only offered me a 70% refund on the one I wanted to return. Really regretting this purchase and wish I would’ve spent my money with a more sustainable company.

Mystery missing parcel
Update March 2026 - since being approached by the customer service team following this review, they offered me several options and resolved my issue. Although it took some time, they did eventually resolve my issue. I’d recommend a change of courier.

Ordered a bag nearly 3 weeks ago - I wasn’t able to add the free bag into my shopping bag for some reason so I asked them to add this on subsequently which they kindly did.
Unfortunately, the free bag arrived about 2 weeks after ordering (delivered to the incorrect address, but this is the couriers fault not Bagsmart) and when I contacted Bagsmart to ask if the original ordered bagged had been shipped and what its tracking number was, I was told that it was only one tracking number for the 2 bags/orders and I was to take this up with the courier. A week later, I luckily received a notification from my apple wallet that a delivery was attempted by a courier called 4PX, and I luckily screenshot this tracking number as this was different to apparently the “one tracking number for two parcels”. I have still not been able to retrieve this bag as the courier is impossible to contact and it seems Bagsmart washes their hands of any responsibility post order placement.
I would personally steer clear of this company at all cost.

Be careful about ordering a Bagsmart backpack
Bagsmart backpack is a fairly low price alternative but know that the colors are not exactly as advertised and, importantly, you cannot easily do a return. You need to pay to ship the product back to them. Not easy nor customer friendly.

No raincover
This was the second bagsmart camera bag I have ordered. The first one was exactly like this one and came with a rain cover. This one was supposed to come with a rain cover, but did not. Since I was traveling, I missed the return window and when I contacted them, they just keep telling me to go through Amazon to deal with it but Amazon only has their website for support. In other words they’re not taking responsibility for their own products and handling. I order a lot of camera equipment and I would not waste the time on this, but it is tricky to find rain covers that fit exactly over the bags that I have ordered.

JUNK PRODUCT. Bought and the first time used, the string broke. Contacted company who said since bought on Amazon, must go back to them although Amazon said to contact Bagsmart since bought 2 months ago. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Do not buy their packing cubes - fell apart on the one and only time I used.
No way to fix item issue directly or in a timely manner
You cannot contact anyone directly. When you email customer service because they do not provide any chat or telephone option, you get a return email that says it will be 48 hours minimum for a response on a weekend. This request is to change a shipping address. The website says you need to contact the company IMMEDIATELY if you need to make a change as you can't change the address or cancel the order after it has shipped. The item will probably ship before the 48 hours of the email being dealt with. My items will go to an address in another state where they cannot get to me. This is terrible customer service. I have bought a number of things from this company and will not do so again due to lack of ability to get customer service.

Ordered a bag on eu.bagsmart.com, it was said that delivery within EU is 7-11 business days + a couple of business days for processing. I received a track number, saying the item starts its journey in Chine. Month after — nothing happened and never moved. I contacted support — they answered that my item was lost in China. Suggested 3 options: resend, refund and i-forget-what-else. I answered immediately as it supposed to be a birthday gift, that we want an item to be resend asap. No answer. My messages were automatically SENT BACK TO ME (WTF???)

Very disappointing
I purchased a reiki hobo bag from the uk website. The bag was meant to be delivered within 3-5 days. The order arrived after 7 days.
The bag arrived with very little packaging and no delivery note or returns forms like normal deliveries have.
I ordered the bag in cedar colour which online looked a lovely brown/green colour. The bag came very different to the advertised pictures in an orange brown colour and I felt very disappointed after spending £65 on what I thought was a beautiful green brown bag.
When ordering the site stated a 30day return policy. I contacted the email listed and have not heard any response after trying for over a week now. And no response to my emails.
I feel this is a scam and a very poor company to deal with. So would strongly avoid this company at all costs. I have wasted money on a bag the complete wrong colour to what was advertised and I am now stuck with this bag.

I ordered a bag from Bagsmart and was not impressed by the size or quality for the price. Their website says returns are welcome in new condition but you must email them for a return address. When I try to email them, I get a reply from "support" that is just my original messages copied back, and their customer service phone number is disconnected. Totally ridiculous! Will never purchase from them again.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I ordered a backpack and everything seemed to be as expected. I received an email with tracking information from Yun Express. I was able to see updates along the way and today I received a message that my order was delivered “near my front door or porch”. The package was not delivered. My husband was near the front door at that time. I emailed customer service and responses simply repeated back my questions-no response. I finally found a number for customer service. The agent told me that my package was not delivered because of a problem with my address (address is correct on all correspondence). He asked me to go to the AppStore and use an app that would give him remote access to my phone. I said I would not do that and he hung up. Perhaps this was not a legit phone number, but in any case the whole experience has been unsettling. If the only way to resolve issues is through an email that doesn’t work, that is terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend that consumers avoid ordering from BagSmart.
Feels like a SCAM!
Customer Service is atrocious! It takes forever to get a response, no phone number, or live chat. I ordered a bag and the package was lost. Bagsmart and FedEx confirmed it was lost. They offered a replacement or refund. I chose refund. Another delayed response and now they say the address was wrong- which it wasn’t because they delivered another order to that same address. Feels like a huge SCAM. I will be spreading the word that this company is awful!
Refund Process lacks Uprightness
I purchased BAGSMART compression in the dusty rose color. Unfortunately, they did not compress any better than a basic Ziplock bag, which was disappointing.
The larger issue was customer support. I requested a return and followed BAGSMART’s stated requirements exactly by providing photos, a clear reason for the return, and a copy of my receipt.
Despite this, it took seven (7) separate emails over a 30-day period before I was finally given a return mailing address. During this time, I was offered a 60% partial refund if I kept the product, which I declined. I was seeking a standard return and full refund, not a discount to keep an item that did not perform as advertised.
The prolonged delay and resistance to providing a return address made the return process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
Desired resolution: A full refund upon return of the product and improvement of the company’s return process so customers are not required to pursue basic return information repeatedly.
SCAM ALERT: Ordered a £68 bag that turned out to be…
Ordered a £68 bag that turned out to be made from the same material a £20 bag from Amazon or AliExpress would cost. I've since sent over 5 emails asking for a refund and someone called 'Alicia' keeps trying to fob me off by offering me a free bag or a partial refund. Nowhere on the website does it say they post it from China and that returns have to go back to China. This is a scam and I am initiating a charge back.

Purchased a bag from bag Smart and realise that I've had purchased the wrong colour. I immediately sent them an email and their reply is I will give you another bag like an extra bag and I said to them I said no I want the black bag please how do I return the grey bag? They don't give me any idea or any way of returning this grey bag and I'm really really pissed off. I'll continue riding bad reviews here until they shut down.
