Huge fan of the service. It's pretty easy to use and super affordable compared to use private storage lockers. Hope to see it in more cities in the future.

The booking process was great, but the point of storage, Backpackers' Inn in Ottawa, did not feel serious or safe at all. First of all the man at the front desk was unaware of the fact that they even provide this service, then they didn't know how to properly attach the bag seal (I had to show them).
Then, when I collected my bag they did not check who I was or that it was actually my bag, they just let me in to pick it up. The person at front desk was a woman this time, and she wasn't there when I left my bag so no chance she simply recognised me.
Worst of all, they charged me for the service again, and unfortunately I didn't realise that I had already paid once until I saw my bank statement.
Overall an unprofessional experience.

I live in Windsor and I need to take 4.5 hours trip to Toronto for my US visa but I need my phone to do my business calls and keep me busy during the trip.The consulate does not allow any electronics in your custody for the interview including phones. I search the internet and found Bagsort to store my phone during the interview. I was soooo happy to find one. Isearched for the nearest store to the consulate and have my phone back after the interview was done.

Used the service this weekend in Toronto and was impressed. The shop owner was very friendly and took great care of the bags. And the location was conveniently located just nearby union station. Will be using again!

Perhaps provide a ticket / receipt of me dropping my bag off. It was fine because I got my bag back.

However was slightly concerned after it was too late that I had no real proof that it was my bag.

Create the sense anyone could've taken it.
