Moon Smile provided excellent service! They made some changes from my original plan, but nothing that was their fault. They took exquisite care of me during my stay. I’m excited to return for my final fitting in 5 months!!

Just arrived back from Moon Smile Clinic in Antalya.
Had all on 6 treatment done, cannot recommend them enough, the technology within the clinic and expertise of all the staff there, is first class, I was so nervous about travelling abroad for dental treatment I’ll be honest, but Wow, best decision I have ever made.

Asena was my co-ordinator throughout this whole journey, her smile, caring nature and communication skills were excellent and no matter how many questions I asked prior to my procedure, she would always respond quickly, and during my visit she was always there to greet me. Thank you❤️

The treatment my husband & I received from 1st contact to final fitting was 2nd to none.
**For reference my husband had all his teeth removed & all on 6 fitted top & bottom & I had a mixture of crowns & implants**
Everything was explained in great detail & the care we received from start to finish was excellent & very professional. Clinic was so clean & modern with all up to date technology. ALL staff were so kind & patient & nothing was too much for them & no questions were unanswered whether in clinic or at home. Special shout out to Asena who was with us from start to finish & translated things we didnt :understand & arranged everything for us & of course our excellent dentist Dr Volkan who carried out our treatment from start to finish...such a lovely, professional, caring man who was very particular in everything he did.

After 12 months researching the vast amount of Dental Clinics in Antayla, I opted for Moonsmile, firstly because of the communication and reassurance from my co ordinator, Asena, she is absolutely fantastic and a credit not only to Moonsmile but the industry itself.
After taking the plunge (on my own) I flew out to Antalya in December 2025 for the first part of the process, obviously anxious of what to expect, but each and everyone of the staff were like members of a new adopted family.
They made every effort to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible, which they certainly did.
My return visit at the end of March for the final fitting was absolute plain sailing with the same welcome and friendly smiles, just like meeting old friends and the Dental expertise of Dr Volcan Cam is mind blowing, total perfectionist and a wicked sense of humour.
My sister was so impressed with the transformation, she herself flew out with me on my second visit to have her own treatment carried out and is now awaiting the second fitting in July.
If you are seriously thinking of going to Turkey for any dental procedures, you need look no further.

So after doing nearly two years of research in to clinics for my wife we finally made a decision to contact moonsmile and got greeted on whatsapp by the lovely Asena.
After some back and forth and various discussions on treatments and prices we checked and doubled checked everything was included and no hidden costs... And to clarify early on in this review we paid nothing more for bone grafts or sinus lifts (we did add sedation for a cost at our choice though).
We decided on all on 6 but will mention some patients that went with all on 4 were advised on a titanium bar at an extra cost on second visits.
We made a date for early October and took our first trip out there.
At the airport was a driver and lovely car for our trip to the hotel.
A small mix up with the hotel first night we ended up staying in a different place but got moved early the following morning.
We stayed in the old town so was about 30 minutes from the clinic but near to all shops and amenities so was a lovely location for our days off.
The first day we got messages for a pick up and a lovely gent collected us from the hotel and drove us to the clinic.
On arriving at the clinic it stands out as super clean and modern witha lovely fresh smell inside. There were many people there, some new arrivals, some on their second or Third day and some back for finals.
Asena came out and talked to us and offered refreshments whilst we waited.
My wife who is genuinely petrified of dentists decided she couldn't stay awake for the removal of her teeth and so this is where we added sedation on.
After sorting the first payment we sat outside in the warm weather and talked to others on their journey.
It seemed from speaking to others that we'd made the right choice and realised early on that nothing, and I mean nothing would be too much trouble to ensure this was as pleasant experience as possible.

On day one my wife had all her teeth extracted and 6 implants top and bottom put in.
Whilst she was a bit out of it I was given all the required medication, antibiotics, pain killers, mouth wash, everything was given to us with ask instructions clearly in English. We discovered from other people using other clinics that medication often isn't given but instead either a prescription or just a note telling you what to buy from the clinic.
Day two was a rest day but it was needed, my wife was in a bit of pain, nothing unmanageable but painful none the less.
Day three she had a trial fitting for the plastic temp teeth and then we were free to go have fun.
Day four the temps were fitted.

Back home there was still discomfort for maybe 4 to 5 weeks and she developed quite a lisp (still has a bit of one now but not bad).

One of the plastic teeth broke towards the back around December but we were offered free accommodation and replacements but decided they were not necessary.

It's maybe prudent to mention that the wife in the end was eating pretty much everything.. I mean they're wasn't steak, apples or toffees etc but far from the soup and mash that was the original plan.

Come February when we went back there was no pain at all and so we arrived and stayed in the hotel, even heading back out with a friend we met in the first visit (made friends over there).

Again Asena was there to great us but this time we felt more like returning family with hugs and smiles all round.

On the first day the temps were removed and a mould taken for the finals.
Day two we weren't needed.
Day three was a trial of the final teeth, they needed some adjustments so were removed and taken for adjustments.
Day four and the finals were fitted, looked perfect and my wife had a smile I've not seen in 30 years.

We were given a retainer for night wear (it's broken) and signed off all the paperwork.

She went with a natural shape and B1 colour which looks natural but very well cared for.

These were done 2 months ago and although she drinks tea by the gallon and smokes there is no staining at all.

Oral hygiene is different now as well. A childs toothbrush and delicate toothpaste just to 'buff' them and then a water pick for above the teeth between them and the gums along with mouthwash.

The only fault I have over the teeth is that if you push the lips up there is a bit of a straight line at the top. Other dentists seem to taper that down more towards the gum or even use the existing gum and shape the teeth to fit but the wife absolutely loves the look of them so it's just a bit of nit picking at the overall final product and is a little different to what we were first shown.

All in all the professionalism of the team and the final product V the cost compared to some others is higher than expected.

I'd recommend giving them a shout if you want to have work done.

The number one thing for me was getting what I wanted!!! the smile I liked thay really do go out of their way to give you everything, i am one of the most pickiest people,You will meet i suffered with ADHD and Autism, so every little thing I see in my mouth would bother me if it was not done the way I wanted. I was looked after by Arena one of the staff
She really put my head to rest with every question I asked, And there must have been a million of them

From the very beginning of my journey in November to completing my final stage in March, my experience with Moon Smile Clinic in Antalya has been nothing short of exceptional.

Going abroad for dental work can feel like a big step, but from day one I felt completely reassured. The team were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention has to go to my coordinator, Asena. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always helpful, supportive, and kind, she guided me through the entire journey and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to support me throughout.

Overall, I’m so glad I chose Moon Smile Clinic. The professionalism, care, and quality of service I received were outstanding. If you’re considering dental treatment abroad, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Well I can say this - if your looking for your teeth to be done - look up moon smile 😊 the name says it all - I’ve had my teeth done all on 6 - great place the staff are lovely amazing they go out their way for you - it’s very clean very nice 😊 I thought I would be in pain next day but I wosnt - there is nothing they wouldn’t do for you and the price is good 👍 after care is great - I found um on YouTube A couple went there they are called ( what’s occurring on YouTube ) so look them up it will help you so much - is why I went to moon smile- after looking for a dentist in Turkey is not easy so meny to look up - moon smile is the place guys - I hope this helps ppl and it will I know this cos I’ve been there- get over to moon smile your not be disappointed 😊

I’m happy with my treatment so far. All the staff really friendly and professional. When I was sedated they never left me was at my side the whole time. And after kept in touch everytime I had a question they more then happy to help.

My first vist Would recommend moon smile. allways in constant contact for any questions I needed answering. kept me at ease knowing I was really nervous gave me plenty options. Nothing was to much for more them. Very happy with my experience and now am excited to be back in july for my finals

My journey started on the 16th of feb asena simsek was my coordinator... i went for all on 6 sinus lift and bonegraft One word amazing asena deserves more than 5 stars the care she gives was 100 % she was with me through the whole procedure made me feel at ease before my treatment and since i have returned home with my amazing temps she is still on hand to answer any worries i have thats a dedicated coordinator i am so greatful to her she saved me she has gave me a new lease of life and its only going to get better in september when i go for my finals cant wait .....just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at moon smile including my surgeon dilan amd a massive shout out to asena u are amazing caring understanding just 100 percent brilliant moon smile are lucky to have her ill see u all in september love stacey holroyd x x x

From the minute I was picked up from the airport and the 7 days I was here it was nothing short of 1st class pickup was always on time and the service in the clinic was outmatched had zero pain throughout my treatment and you could see these guys didn’t rush anything they wanted to make sure you left with the smile you wanted. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be pointing anyone looking to take the step in these guys direction! Thank you once again.

My experience at moonsmile clinic has been fantastic from start to finish.. I have very bad anxiety about dentist I got all on 5 implants top and bottom and honestly I was in the safest of hand with Dr Volkan (my hero) Asenaa was by my side all the time and was made to feel like part of the family…i trusted the progress and I have got my forever teeth that are actually identical to my own teeth in my late 20s I would strongly recommend moon smile clinic there isn’t any amount of words I can use to explain how happy Iam and feel privileged to have had asenaa by my side and Dr Volkan (my hero) x

I cant fault the help and support recieved was above expectations, always on hand for advice and help. From my first flight to having work carried out by Moon Smile experience first few days was exceptional they helped me understand what was happening and why more complicated than thought looking forward to my 2nd trip and hopefully made to feel welcome again. Also to Asena who was there everystep of the way without her i feel been more difficult to handle the care given was more than 100% even after being home shes checking in hope all things settle. Not sure on the outcome but will find out when go back fingers crossed.

Following my first positive visit, I returned for my finals. Again the airport pick up was seamless as was all the pick ups. The communication is amazing. All messages answered within 10 mins. Our hotel was lovely. All the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond.
When choosing the style and colour I wanted I wasn't rushed. They made sure I was happy with the style I choose, I was asked multiple times if I was happy, nothing was rushed. My teeth are amazing, I receive comments daily. Really comfortable with no pain. I'm beyond happy I choose Moon smile clinic. I don't have one bad thing to say. I would and have recommend Moon Smile.

I had my All-on-4 treatment at Moon Smile Clinic through Bagtalia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me feel so comfortable. The doctors were very professional and explained everything clearly. I met the team face to face in London, which really put me at ease, and I booked for a dental reconstruction in Antalya. From that point on, everything was just… sorted. Communication was spot on messages answered quickly, plans clear, no faff.

A special mention for Asena. She was with me the whole way: friendly, calm, translating when needed and stepping in with sensible advice at the right moments. She clearly knows what she’s doing and made a nerve-racking process feel manageable.

The price we agreed in London was exactly what I paid at the end no hidden extras or last-minute add-ons. My partner was able to stay with me at no extra cost, which was a lovely touch.

Accommodation was great: a comfortable hotel in Antalya’s Old Town with breakfast included each morning. Clean, quiet, well located, and the staff were genuinely helpful.

Transport was nailed down too. I was met at the airport and taken straight to the hotel. All the transfers between the hotel and the clinic were on time and door to door, so I never had to worry about directions or timing. The return trip to the airport was just as smooth.

This is a big, life-changing decision, and it wasn’t an easy one for me but I felt looked after from start to finish. I’d happily recommend them.

If you are thinking about going anywhere to get your teeth done, Moon smile are second to none, very professional and a great bunch of people who make you feel welcome and put you at ease right from the start. The dentistry is quick and pain free. You won’t be disappointed:)

Fantastic experience from start to finish at moon smile clinic. Such a welcoming , professional and fun team were a pleasure to be around and calmed my nerves no end .
