Amazing costumer service,delivered really quick and products are really good

Everything was okay, i got the wrong size- measured wrong and couldn’t return or get ammended, so for £35 it’s a lot when can’t use!

Bryony answered a query I had really quickly, this allowed me to place my order which then arrived within a few days. Thank you again for providing this service allowing my daughter to have headbands for particular occasions.

This is my new favourite hat. The fluffy inside is so warm. I love the teal colour. The first one they sent had a hole that wasn’t quite the right size to stop my baha 6 max (attract) on a longer stalk. The second one they made a bigger hole and there’s no squeak at all

I love the items but I do think price for them is bit steep. I'm definitely going to buy again when I have more money as it will be good stock up on more woolly hats and caps

All I can say the hat is just perfect

I got the order in less than a week, though it is supposed to keep the BAHA secure, the cuff has twice come off my ear, so my BAHA is not so secure as I would like.

The hole for the Baha is to high. I will have to return. I can not use because my Baha is covered and therefore defense the purpose of buying this hat.

Absolutely love my daughter's new BAHA bands! Excellent quality, even prettier than the pics on the website post which is difficult as there's so many lovely selections to choose from! Bryony was really helpful through the process of making sure I was ordering the correct type of band and button connector for my daughter's hearing device. She now loves being able to choose which one she wants to wear that day. We picked the mermaid scale one, and the Stitch one.
