Hatte endlich mal 4'800 CHF gewonnen und plötzlich wird mein Konto dichtgemacht, angeblich wegen irgendeiner Regel die mir vorher nie jemand gezeigt hat. Das Guthaben ist jetzt einfach weg und im Support stellt sich keiner mehr quer, kommen nur Standardfloskeln. So geht man doch nicht mit Leuten um.
Wollte 1500 CHF auszahlen lassen und seit drei Wochen passiert gar nichts, jedes Mal heisst es die Verifizierung laufe noch. Habe alle Dokumente x-mal hochgeladen und der Support antwortet einfach nicht mehr. So komme ich an mein eigenes Geld nicht ran, echt eine Frechheit.
Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung, besonders wenn man einfach locker spielen möchte ohne großen Aufwand.
