I bought a dress online. The material quality was low. I went to send it back for a refund as it was a full price item only to find no refund offered only a store credit. Sure my fault for not checking BUT most businesses these days offer refunds on full price items. I tried to look for an alternative item but being a small business there was nothing that I wanted. Won’t shop here again. I understand it’s a small business but that’s no excuse for not refund on full price items

Beware that items cannot be returned (exchange only) and this company has a small inventory. Furthermore, they are running a returns scam. I bought a very expensive bathing suit, tried it on when I received it, it was very unflattering, and I re-packed it and followed their returns process immediately (all tags and bags in tact). Just received an email denying my return, citing that it had been worn (it had not). Not trustworthy, not professional, and not worth it!

I am so disappointed in the length of time it takes to exchange an item. My returned item was at its destination March 21. The item for exchange has still not been shipped!! It’s March 31. For the price point, that is incredibly disappointing, even if it is a smaller business. I definitely should have done more research, I can’t review the final product, since I don’t have it.

Bought the $239 wrap with buttons and the material is like a cross between a condom and a raincoat. So cheap and nasty and it's not even proper fitting, sort of plasticky and stiff. Don't even think I can iron it out of the creases. So disappointed, polyester but say oh we recycled plastic, no it's polyester. So disappointed. What a waste.

Both my daughter and myself ordered swim wear from this company. The sizing is tiny and not realistic, and when we asked if we could exchange because of the poor fit, we where told no. I think a small business like this needs to be more customer friendly as their product is very expensive. We are out of pocket around 400, for swimmers that dont fit.

Very poor quality - the wrap skirt looks like it could have been bought on shein for $5 let along the prices they charge. Can only imagine the positive reviews are fake.

I loved my swim suit only a little too tight. the dresses a prefect and i take it travelling everywhere, so versatile and comfortable.

Beautiful suit and amazing fit. Shipping was very odd, but customer service corrected the mistakes immediately! Would order everything from the site if i could.

Swimsuits are true to size and comfortable. They look flattering and I love how versatile they are. Can’t wait to go on my next beach holiday and only pack 1 swim suit (though it will look like more). :)

I love the prints, the feel of the material, they way it hold me just right, but most of all I live the confidence it gives me to wear Baiia.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the two suits that I bought. I’ve yet to wear them swimming but am loving the look and how many options to style them I know have!

Beautifully flattering and hugs you in all of the right places. I have multiple pieces with my favourite being the tie up rashes! So perfect for swimming!

Love the swimwear although I've noticed it looks like some styles aren't offered in the US which is the only reason I didn't give it the 5th star!

I recently purchased a soft pink long sleeve top and a wraparound skirt. The fabric is so soft and the fit and design compliments my curves

I own two BAIIA reversible bikinis, a kaftan and the Dalia wrap skirt and love them all. The versatility of the bikinis is phenomenal. They are comfortable and very supportive all around. The kaftan and wrap skirts are made of the perfect fabric for the heat and I love the versatility of the Dahlia skirt. Definitely reduces the amount of clothing I need to pack for a vacation which leaves room for shopping while on my travels :)
