Great product, a little small...
The process was easy from buying to delivery. The harness set I bought in green tweed is lovely and great quality. However I found the sizing a little small for my Frenchie Frank. And he's not on the big side. But would definitely order again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We did respond to your emails and explained that our 30-day returns policy applies to items that are unworn and unused. As the harness had already been used, we were unfortunately unable to accept it back for a refund.
We also offered further fitting support and asked for photos so we could take a closer look. From what you described, this did not appear to be a fault with the item itself, but rather that the harness was not suitable for your dog.

Love that it doesn’t go over my puppy’s head. Lovely choice of colours. I needed a new harness and longer lead for my rapidly growing cocker spaniel puppy. He looks so smart now in understated forest green tweed and it’s comfortable and feels strong. I was worried I might have fallen for fashion over functionality (as the designs are so cute!) but it’s really strong and practical. It arrived quickly, no fuss, minimal packaging. Really pleased (& so is pup)

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with your experience. We did respond to your emails on 4th and 6th March and advised that we were looking into this for you.
Royal Mail tracking shows the parcel was returned due to the delivery address being incomplete, as the house number was missing from the address provided on the order. We have not yet received the parcel back and are currently contacting Royal Mail for a further update so we can assist you as soon as possible.
