If I could give them a lower rating I would. I ordered my husband a Marine Corps commemerative bottle and have not received it after almost 9 months. I have written customer service several times and absolutely no help at all. Refer me to USPS with a tracking number that does not exist. SCAM don't use these thiefs!
I order a bible over with my name printed on it. When it arrived the print job was horrible and they only put half the name. When asked for a refund the tried to offer 20% when their website says you have 99 days to get 100% refund so I complained about it and they try to offer me 50 I said no and then they said the highest they can do is 70 because of the custom design mind you it only had half my name and the print job was horrible. I would never order from them again. I didn’t get any money back and just point blank. They are a scam
If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would. This company is terrible and should not be allowed to stay in business. I never received my package and now support won't return my emails. The tracking number I was given doesn't show up in the postal system. I have requested a refund because I purchased shipping insurance but I doubt I will get it. Do not trust this company. It's run by liars, cheats and thieves. I assume my responsibility for not doing more due diligence but I hope they go bankrupt and put in jail.
Ordered a 250th year commemorative Marine Corps decanter bottle and what I received looked nothing like the picture of the item I ordered. Definitely not worth what I paid. Also it took over a month to receive it. Won't be ordering from here again!!!
Still have not received my order and paid for Express shipping if I don't hear from them going to dispute payment
The delivered part was a cheap 3D print that did not look at all like the pictures online. Took weeks of back and forth to request refund. Instead of the local address the parcel was coming from, I was asked to ship back the part to china. Finally ended up being refunded 80% of the purchase.
