Salam my brothers and sisters, I can not thank brother Muhammad Asif enough for being the best planner for mine and my kids first umrah trip in ramadan April 2023 Makkah and Madina He offered me different options with hotels, flights etc and got me the best deals and package he could find which was brilliant. He was super attentive and kind, gave very fast replies and was very reassuring about any queries I had. Everything was so organised and smooth sailing, all documents, transports and itinerary was in check perfectly. I cannot thank him enough for the support and kindness received during the whole process. I definitely recommend going to him if you want to book your trip as I know I will definitely be going back to him In Sha Allah. We used this agent to book our trip for umrah however he changed our hotel in Mecca on several occasions and we ended up staying in the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life Swiss Al khalil claiming it was a five star hotel when in reality it was rated 3 stars however it should of been rated -1 star rooms were dirty not cleaned and when did finally change the towels they were stained and one of our party got bitten by a bed bugs and to cap it all we were never offered a reduction in the cost of the trip profiteering from a visit to such a holy place is not very Islamic in my eyes I would advise that you think very carefully before you use this agent

Company is very good they looked after me and my family very well good hotels were recommended and we had a very nice tour guide

Avoid this organisation at all costs. Never chose this organisation especially with kids.

They did not book the hotel for our children and left us without beds for our children.

Spoke to brother Habib to book our umrah visas. Brother was very professional and responded to any queries Quickly. We received our visas very quickly within 24 hours. Deffo recommend for all Hajj/ Umrah packages!

Rubel was extremely helpful and made the entire Umrah experience for my wife and I a smooth, easy memorable trip. We chose the week Umrah package and Rubel had arranged our transport too and from the airport as well as travel to our hotels in both Medinah and Mecca. Rubel would answer all questions I had and is very knowledgeable. Allahumdullah, I have booked with this company twice this year. I have booked with Brother Omar Raza (0203-745-8045) directly. I took the full package on my first trip for Umrah (flights, visa, hotel, ziyrat and travel cost) and the second trip I asked Brother Omar to arrange the hotels for me as my tickets were prebooked. Brother Omar is very polite and considerate and has always tailored my package to my request and needs. I received all my travelling documents and hotel confirmation before my travel. The only issue I had was the transportation in Saudi but again after contacting Brother Omar this was also sorted for me. Brother Omar is very helpful and may Allah bless him for his hard work and making my trips easy. I have also recommended him to my family and friends. Thank you again Brother Omar Raza.
