Fast service but disappointing product

The product arrived quickly and was well packaged but the strap was fitted the wrong way round and so didn’t attach properly around the wrist. I had to send it back. The returns process has been quick though.

Not for thin wrists

Bought a jubilee metal strap for my mums Xmas but as she’s elderly and very thin the watch cannot be adjusted enough to fit. Despite removing each removable link it still is far too big for her wrist. You need to remove the clear film to adjust the strap and then it’s not in same condition therefore can’t return it. Waste of money fir what looked like a decent strap.

Great customer service!

Great customer service!
Gary Baker has his customers’ satisfaction paramount. I ordered a watch band but when it didn’t arrive in the stated time I asked for the status of my order. He thought it was in the Christmas mail rush but dispatched another band by 1st class post. Lo and behold both bands arrived within minutes of each other!

Brilliant service - thank you

What can I say? The quickest, kindest resolution to my email when I realised I’d ordered the wrong size Apple Watch strap. Within hours a replacement was on its way - before I had returned the mistaken purchase. Couldn’t ask for better service than this. THANK YOU and Merry Christmas

Ordered a watch strap on 03/12/2025 and still not received it. Emailed the company last week, no reply, what a joke as I will not be home now to receive the item until after Christmas

We have also reviewed the delivery details provided at the time of purchase and found that the property number was omitted from the address. As a result, the courier was unable to deliver the package.

As the order was placed with incomplete address information, this issue was not caused by Bakers Bands. However, we are still happy to assist in resolving the matter. Please contact sales@bakersbands.co.uk
with a complete alternative delivery address, and we will arrange for a replacement strap to be sent free of charge.

I ordered a strap from this company.

I ordered a strap from this company.
Unfortunately I forgot to put my house number, so I didn’t receive the order.
When I realised my mistake I emailed them & very promptly got a reply!
They sent me a replacement & no cost to me.
Received my strap today & I am very pleased with the service & product.
Will definitely recommend & use again.

Very poor support & Lack of communication

Order number: #81074
Refund request: #814E702758242

Ordered a band for iWatch, but due to small wrist and the fact that the band was bigger than original ones decided to return.
Return is not straight forward: you receive an email that it has been approved(how it can be not ?) and then you have to go to the mail and post it.
Send it back on 6th of Nov by post. No notifications - nothing ever since.
Tried the email address from refund message - no results.
Contact form on their website brought the same pitiful results.

The question is: where is customer service here?
