Customer care are very polite and friendly.

I bought a painting about eight months ago from bakery roll. I received about three months later. When I got up there was purple in the painting that was not seen in their online painting. Purple didn’t match my Decour so I called them and sent it back they gave me the address to send it to.

They said when they received it they would issue me a refund. Well after a month I hadn’t received anything from them and so I called them and they said they’ll check with bookkeeping. This went on for a series of months. I finally excepted the fact that they’re not gonna send me my money. They were a total rip off.

If you wanna throw your money down a drain buy from them.

I ordered a soap dish that looks like a leaf that fits the bar in my shower. When it finally showed up, after about 6 weeks, it was the incorrect soap dish and it doesn't fit the bar in my shower. I have emailed the company numerous times with no satisfaction. The first response was that the soap dish delivered and to check my mail box. I emailed them back and stated I received however, they sent the wrong soap dish. I have sent about 6 more emails with no response. Will never order from this company again.

It was as they described. Am happy with my purchase. Christmas gift for my wife and she loved it .

I loved my pictures it came in perfect Sharp and was everything I hoped it would be

Order a picture frame. frame glass are broken, I am trying to return the product and customer service its giving me a hard time.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a neon glow in the dark 5 piece painting for $60 the early month of December 2019. It's not the end of January and I still have not received my order. Not only did they provide me with the wrong tracking number to my item, they also tried to make me return the package that was made out to my room mate in order for them to refund my money that they didn't provide service for. I've sent several emails and have been ignored to the point I now have to get my lawyer involved. This company is fake, fraud and does.bad business DO NOT TRUST THEM !!

Quality of product came in as expected. However, the piece did not look good in it's intended location. They did not make a return easy. After back and forth, they only provided an international return address which would cost me $131 for a nominal package.

This is a real review , I am destiny I got this product and took almost 3weeks to get it I had to call my bank to cancel the order and get a refund ,immediately ! The next day ,it was at my door with a mandatory signing .
The canvas is plastic get the one with the frame or you will be getting paper if you don’t
it looks like what I saw online but not as golden it seems to be 👍.
Would I shop from this website yes , because it was only place that had my taste , will I order again ? No , because they have terrible shipping and costumer service .

It arrived fairly quick for where it came from. It's absolutely beautiful. It looks just as is imagined it would on that wall...

As noted could happen with the print about colors, but art colors on print were different than displayed. Hoping for the green vs blue. Felt it was overpriced. Tracking was not provided till I made contact with company and then still past said delivery date. It appeared it was stuck in customs in Chicago. I would have returned but felt it would be too time consuming.

The art work this company sells online are nice but much smaller than advertised. The pictures on their web site are extremely misdleading and their quoted dimentions are overstated. They qoute the overall size of the canvas not of the picture it self. My product was about half the size I expected.

I fell victim. Spent $120.00 on a five piece canvas set. Middle frame came defective. After emailing them and getting a response they sent the same defective panel. After asking for a refund they stopped replying to my emails altogether. And I'm out $120.00. BUYER BEWARE. Avoid these this company. The other negative reviews are no joke. I wish I did more research into them before handing them my money.

OMG quality is so bad it looks like someone printed using 19 dollar printer and it was printed on paper,, so you will get screwed if you buy from them and just so you know it ships from China.

Once the product was received in the USA at USPS, USPS lost it. USPS was very unhelpful telling me to "Have the vendor file a claim."
Bakery World immediately offered to send another canvas, or refund my credit card. I had already ordered a second canvas to replace lost one, and requested my credit card be refunded for the first canvas, which they promptly did. Received better service from Bakery World than I did from United States Postal Service. Thank you Bakery World!
