Smells amazing and it is high quality, traditional and natural bakhoor and fragrance oils. I like that I usually get freebies with every order. Their products have become a staple in my household.

I always get my bukhoor from this shop and it’s honestly the best, never disappoints! I bought the subitism handcrafted electric oud burner last year and even though it was a bit pricey, it’s sooo worth it. All the cheaper ones I bought before would break in less than a month but this one still works perfectly. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend it!

The shipping is very fast and the quality of the bakhoor is exceptional. This one I recently ordered was a sample that I fell in love with. Someone stopped me to ask me what fragrance I am wearing! The hair perfume is also gorgeous and smells like the Yemeni bridal incense. I will always order my incense from this store and it is now part of my daily routine 🤍

I’m allergic to many perfumes and chemicals so I decided to get Bakhoor instead. Not only it smells amazing and everyone compliments me but it literally lasts me ages. I sprayed it on my jacket one evening when I went out and it was still there 3 weeks later! I tried other brands but this one is the best by far! Worth every penny.

My second purchase of the incense subitism burner as was such a useful gadget which was all delivered very fast. Also got some sinking kynam to burn on recommendation from the store which did not disappoint and will be purchasing again.

After buying incense from this store for more than three years, at the end of June 2024, after much consideration, I made an investment by purchasing a Subitism Burner from this store, described as a “high quality handcrafted electric oud burner.” It cost £278.53 - so not at all cheap. When it arrived I noted that it certainly did not look “high quality” - and “hand-crafted” was also quite a stretch of the imagination because it looked more like something a school-child made from a cheap kit.

I nonetheless used the device - though cautiously - and sporadically - and it’s entirely honest to state that it had light usage only. Yet the device completely stopped working today - after less than five months!

When I reached out to the store about this, they stated that it had been sold to me without any warranty and they refused to repair, replace or refund - and then, to add insult to injury, they tried to sell me another one of these expensive shoddy little devices!! When I politely remonstrated with their poor customer service I was told I was being abusive!

I have now researched relevant UK consumer protection law:

All electrical products sold in the UK will have one or more safety certifications on their label if made by a legitimate manufacturer.. THIS HOMEMADE BURNER HAD NO SAFETY CERTIFICATION AND NO INSTRUCTIONS.

In addition, in the UK, consumer rights for electrical goods are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this law:

You must repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 6 months - unless you can prove it was not faulty when they bought it - this means the item must have the required safety certificate label.

You can only ask a customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement after 6 months.

If the item is still faulty after the repair, the customer can ask for a full refund. 

A customer has the same right to free repairs or a replacement regardless of whether they have a warranty or guarantee or not.

I emailed this information to them but have had no response.

THIS SHOP IS CLEARLY BREAKING UK LAW ON BOTH ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION
