Beware!!! They are scammers! They took my money on 28.12.2025 and disappeared since then. No one taking the phone, no response at all to our emails, no tracking status.... Typical full scammers. Thieves.

Scam alert! I placed my order (#3133) in August, and it is now December and still has not been delivered. The customer service is also very poor. I never received a reply to any of my emails asking about the status of my order.

Zero star , paid 3700 euro and received box with empty bottles, I dont know how the authorities keep this company running and The owner Mohamed Amara is still operating ad nothing happened.

Scam! €600 Order Never Received and Fake Documents

I placed an order of €600 on Balade-Orientale.com and never received anything. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I also discovered that they forged documents and contracts supposedly from Switzerland to appear trustworthy.

Warning: Do not pay with Wise or similar services, as you will never get your money back.

I have tried multiple times to contact them, without any response. This website is a complete scam. I strongly advise against making any purchases here. I am already reporting this to the authorities (Cyber Police and my bank for a chargeback) and will do everything possible to get this site shut down.

I made a big purchase of 475 Euros (Invoice:9373) three months ago. I received a confirmation that the money is received but after that there is no communication from Mr. Muhamed Amara the owner of Balade. He took my money and disappeared. I tried to contact him several times by email, whatsapp, phone calls etc. All the perfumes were summer perfumes and now winter is starting, so big loss for me. Now thinking of ways to recover my money by legal ways which is very hard and time consuming. I hope he atleast responds as a first step as to what the problem is..Please do not buy or place order unless you are using Paypal. He has also changed the profile photo on his official phone...

I have contacted you multiple times by email, but I have received no response. I still have not been provided with any shipping information, and my order has not arrived.

This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. If I do not receive a clear update or solution within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint and request a refund through my payment provider.

I had a very disappointing experience with Balade-Orientale. I ordered Arabiyat Prestige Uhud, which was clearly shown in the checkout picture. However, in my order confirmation it was suddenly listed as Aariz Intense – not the product I chose.

I contacted customer service immediately to clarify the issue and also mentioned that I had not received my order. It has now been a long time, and I still have no update, no tracking information, and no solution from the company.

This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I did not receive the correct item, I did not receive any shipping details, and I still do not have my order. At this point, I expect a full refund without delay.

Very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this store to others.
