I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering from Balalady.

I ordered two dresses this month based on the photos and descriptions shown on their website. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The designs, quality, and overall appearance were completely different from the dresses I selected.

The products appear to be misrepresented online, which is very disappointing and frustrating as a customer. I feel misled by the images used to promote these items.

Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again. Please be careful before purchasing.

They are a Scam and the government should shut them down

Wait I gave them one star because i needed the permission to continue. They deserve 10 zeros. Shame on you for scamming people with fake products. I guess you copy designs from other websites and paste them on your page to attract customers. Long story short, no one i know will ever buy from you! You are a scam!

TRUFFATORI BEN ORGANIZZATI Non acquistate nulla per carità vi inviano cinesate ORRIBILI al posto di quello che in realtà avete ordinato.
Dopodiché non vi risponde più nessuno.
Sul loro sito hanno foto rubate ad altri commercianti e vi ingannano, ma loro quegli articoli non li hanno veramente.

WELL ORGANIZED SCAMMERS
Don't buy anything, for goodness sake! They send you HORRIBLE Chinese stuff instead of what you actually ordered.
After that, no one ever replies to you.
On their website, they have photos stolen from other merchants and are deceiving you, but they don't actually have those items.

Run away from this website. They are fake, I bought dresses for them and for a month, there was no message about tracking number. I sent several mail for cancelation of Order and refund but they refuse to cancel the order. Luckily for me, I made the purchase using PayPal. I went on paypal and opened a dispute against them that's was how I got my money back.
Anywhere you see their advert, just run. They are fake and a scam company.
