When I first started using…

When I first started using Balancebags,I knew I wanted to change my lifestyle, but I just didn't have the time or know how to eat healthy without giving up good taste and nutrition.

This app has been a game changer. I get recipe ideas that actually match my goals, and I love that I can order my groceries right through the app based on those meals. It even checks what I already have in my kitchen inventory so I don’t overbuy! To save time for my workouts, I also use their grocery delivery from time to time. Another favorite feature is just taking a picture of my food to instantly see the calories, protein, and nutrients.

It's been about 2 months now, and I’ve easily stayed consistent. I’ve already lost 4.4 lb, I'm sleeping better, and my gut health has improved so much. I'm definitely sticking with it because I know the results will be even better in 3 to 6 months.

Balance Bags for Health!

Since retiring a few months ago, I have been cooking Balance Bags recipes and following the nutritionist’s recommendations on a regular basis. I am happy to say that I am already seeing results (i.e. weight loss). I eat smaller portions, feel fuller after meals, and have fewer cravings. Balance Bags has become an integral part of my daily routine, and supports my goal of staying fit and healthy in my retirement!
