Hey, I'm Lizzie, the founder of Balance by Lizzie, and I coach women over 30 who are sick of being told to eat less and do more cardio. I'm a female-only coach and I walk alongside my clients, never above them. My job is to teach you, not hand you a meal plan you'll outgrow in three weeks. Nothing is off limits with me.
