Nice design and lightweight
The first thing i noticed was the design and the gold. When i held it, it was very loghtwright which is good. The blades fit nicely and secure. I really like the whole design and how it came with a holder. I have 2 straight razor, the other one I use daily and this one I keep for special cuts.

I have been waiting almost a month since I placed my order and I still do not have my product. First it took them excessively long to ship it, and now forever to arrive. Tracking gives estimated delivery date of 05/13, it is now 05/21 mans will nothing!

This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it is to wait this long, especially without clear updates. While some shipping delays can happen beyond our control, your order should not have taken this long, and we’re looking into it immediately.

Shipping extra tax
The product is good, liked it. The 1 star comes with the "extra taxes". Apparently, in their webpage it shows that if you are living in the EU you should not pay for any extra bills for shipping. When the postman came to me, asked for an extra 15'38€ which I was not informed and, as I mentioned before, I should not have pay for them, as I already paid 7£ when ordered the good. As I live in Europe (Spain) I was not informed about that extra cost. Furthermore, they are not answering my e-mails to try to fix this problem.
P. S. : even tho they were answering to it, unfortunately no one contacted me to fix the problem..
P.S.2: They contacted me through email and have given me the money for the border tax.

In terms of the status of your order, it was placed on the 7th April with standard shipping. All international orders with standard shipping take 2-3 weeks as stated at checkout. We also send out tracking numbers when orders are dispatched. Please contact us on info@balanceproducts.co.uk if you need us to send you your unique tracking link again.
In regards to being overcharged, we do not have the ability to hold any of our customers bank account details so the price you get charged at checkout is the only charge you should see on your statement. Any other charges should NOT come from us and may be a case of fraud. Please contact us again with a screenshot of the extra charge to info@balanceproducts.co.uk so we can look into this together further.

I paid for delivery when I bought the product but when I received the product in La post (the one who occupies the delivery told me that the delivery was not paid) I had to pay 13 dollars more ... it was not specified on the site that I paid twice for delivery its the alst time i buy in this company...
