First of all, I love the jewelry. The first time I ordered, my bracelets were too small, which was my fault. I noticed Balanzi and they sent me another pair. Great, so far 5star. I wore my second bracelet with pride, because they do look great, but it fell off somewhere, so it's gone, and my necklace falls off sometimes, so something is going on with the latch. I know it's not me, because I'll have it on for a couple of days and then boom, it just falls off. That's the reason for the 3 stars.
