The wardrobe it self is nice, but the doors are twisted and doesn't close. The decoratinion on the top came partially broken. I was disappointed.

They've sent wrong sofa
They've sent wrong sofa, not the one that was ordered. After that, they've asked me to pack it back as it was packed originaly, which was still not done and we've told them to pack it themselves, when they deliver the correct order.

Great staff but not so great furniture damages.
Baldai1 team is doing a great job. The staff is friendly and supportive. The first time I had an issue the staff reached out to me by themselves and offered asssitance. The asortiment and prices are great. Also, the furtinute is delivered in a short time. But I have ordered there twice and both times got my new furniture with visual external damage.
