The item took 4 weeks to be delivered. They did initially apologise and say they'd send out an extra one as apology (turns out they were taking orders when they didn't have stock). I'd ordered for my holiday well in advance, didn't arrive on time and I emailed again to say how disappointed I was but received no reply. Eventually arrived and they didn't send the extra one promised. All round poor customer experience.

Worth every penny! Does exactly what it says on the tin and is easy to use.

Excellent product, very easy to use

Great product and prompt delivery. Most back just removed after the first go with the rest the day after. Intrigued to see how maintenance will go now the initial removal has happened. Whilst the applicator in the kit is not innovative, it is a simple touch meaning I’m not reliant on anyone else!

Cracking product, not as strong smelling as other brands. Easy to apply, with a great applicator tool and another tool to buff any excess off. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who’s looking for little or lots of hair removal.

I found it better to apply the charcoal cream by hand and it worked really well.
I have sensitive skin and with other creams would end up with red skin and sore but no such issues with Baldape, I was mildly red but no soreness at all.
An exfoliating glove was ideal for showering of the hair

I was surprised at how well this worked. It was definitely a bit of a learning experience working out which hair needed more or less time. Well worth it though, as the hair just comes off really easily. When you first do it, it can be a bit patchy but the hair just comes out on its own during the day or you just reapply the next day.

You can get better quality and customer service from elsewhere. Especially given the price.

Cleanser and Scrub should really of come in tubes rather than pots as both have a near water like consistency. So you will spill half the product out trying to open it as the inner protective lid is pretty stuck on. Your skin kinda feels a bit greasy after use, while also irritated in places. For price to quality, just buy cerave or loreal for men.

As for the hair removal cream, just buy Veet. I've tested this on various parts of my body to remove hair, and even with the maximum 7 minuet wait that hair was still attached. While the cream smells like hair removal, it certainly doesn't act it. Instead it's just messy to apply and remove.

Beard balm, very very oily. And doesn't absorb well into the beard. Left my beard looking like I'd dipped it into a pot of oil and subsequently meant I had a major breakout. If you want something that absorbs well and doesn't give you bad acne, try loreal for men's expert barber stuff.

As for customer service, there's no way to refund from your order or account page. So you have to send a message to them. Which they don't reply to or seem to actively monitor.
