Iris Grunewald at Balearic Properties is the most genuine and professional estate agent that we have ever met. She is multi lingual and multi talented with a real depth of knowledge. The organisation runs like clockwork and the marketing team behind Iris are all very capable and available.
The presentation of our house was excellent with some great photos. Their online marketing captured a buyer in days.
After receiving the offer, the real work begins and Iris has managed the whole with great skill, attention to detail and has taken care to ensure that we know what is going on.
Iris is also very personable and has given my wife and me a lot of support during what is a stressful and emotional experience - selling our home of 22 years.

Have asked multiple times over a 4 week period to remove our property for sale. They choose to ignore, can only put it down to very bad management. Avoid if you can when searching to buy a property there are many more well run agencies on the island.
