They are lucky I am giving them 1 star ordered a jacket October 2025 and still haven't received it, when I check status it just keeps telling me label created, emailed them twice and email not been delivered absolutely a scam

One star is being generous. Total scammers.. ordered goods and when arrived were fake and very poor quality. Offered discounts but I wanted a full refund. Even sent the goods back and they still haven’t refunded me.. this is from 2 months ago.. scammers

Brought mens extra large trousers for my son, which wouldn't even fit on my other son who is size small.
After requesting to send back they refused and offered me 25% refund as a good will gesture..£10 back after spending £40 on rubbish.

I ordered trainers 3weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived also very unprofessional customer service as I haven’t heard back from them regarding this only an email stating it’s in transit but no one is getting back to me now I am asking for a refund and they are not responding! Please help as there is no number I can call and advise is not to buy anything from Balenta-mode as they are unprofessional and I am still awaiting but no response, very disappointing and appalled at this service I will not be using this at all!!

The pictures are misleading , it’s nothing like in the pictures , the colour was ugly the coat itself is fake , and I paid £34.99 . There’s no return labels address ornothing so I can’t even return it . DO NOT buy from this website they are fake

Ordered large polo jumper. Came was a large boys at best. Offered my up to 30% refund, jumper no good to me. Breaking trading laws and very unlikely i will get my money back. Avoid at all costs, not to be trusted

Scam, never got an item I’ve ordered. Customer service sending generic emails telling you to wait longer, no signature under email, ignoring request for refund. Had to report to my bank to get my money back.

I ordered some Adidas Cargo pants which arrived in good time and are a great product. Good quality material, comfortable and a great fit. Am going to buy some more as I like them so much
