Just bought a house number sign from Baliandboo for our new home and can't stop looking at it. It's gorgeous! It complements the property in every possible way. The sign arrived within a couple of days, it was wrapped really well and it was really easy to attach to the wall.

Cannot be more pleased with my new house sign, looks great, and I’m getting loads of great comments about it. Timeframe from order to delivery was also brilliant. Will defo buy from this company again

My opinion is very low of this company. I bought a house number sign from them and it was not fit for purpose - the printed lettering started to flake off under regular weather conditions (it was mounted underneath a sheltered porch area so was not rained on etc.).

The initial experience of fitting the sign was not positive as they had dispatched the order without letting the attached wall-mounting standoff's to cure/dry adequately (they were glued to the back of the sign) which meant that they had moved out of their intended position and dried in that way, so the included template for using as a guide to drill the holes was useless. This made the fitting of the sign extremely fiddly as I had to manually mark out the drilling holes in the non-standard formation and fit them that way. Once fitted it looked good, but the flaking of the paint then occurred - the paint is not adequate to withstand outdoor conditions and will simply flake off. A number of other reviewers have experienced the same.

I tried contacting them several times through their website's messaging service but each attempt has been ignored - they don't even have the decency to respond. They clearly know their products are shoddy but are still selling them.

Their products are not cheap, but don't be fooled into thinking that you are buying something of quality for the money you are paying. You are buying poor-quality tat with no aftersales assistance/help (regardless of what their website states about them being "Happy to hear from you".).

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU GO BACK TO THEM TO STATE THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR LOW-QUALITY 'GOODS'. AVOID AND BUY FROM SOME OTHER COMPANY THAT ARE ACTUALLY REPUTABLE!

Had an issue with my order - the sign is unreadable from a very short distance away due to the highly reflective glass. I have tried contacting the company several times about the order to see if we can get the issue rectified and I haven't heard anything from them. I am extremely disappointed as I paid a lot of money for this sign & quite honestly it is fit for the bin

At first we loved our house number but like others all the numbers and letters are peeling off. I have contacted them via E-Mail a few times but customer service is non existent so I would avoid at all costs.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered a personalised bottle which arrived misspelt but also not in the design of the advertised image. I contacted Bali & Boo and they advised me they would send another following my full feedback. A new item arrived with the correct spelling however the design was still the same as the first bottle that arrived and wasn’t aligned to the bottle as the advertised design, and the text size was also double if not triple the size of the advertised product. I have contacted Bali & Boo a number of times via email and had no response, the customer service is utterly poor and I have requested a refund but nothing has yet been received. I would not recommend this seller to anyone unless you’re happy to get a product that isn’t what you actually ordered!! Rather than sending a second bottle that I did not want as it didn’t match what I ordered I would rather they just refunded me outright if unable to fulfil the order correctly. Really unhappy customer.

Bought the round glass top Decanter for a 50th, we ordered late but Bali & Boo pulled all the stops out literally to get our order here on time. The Decanter is such a hit we will be ordering more, we all want one ha ha ha. Such a lovely gift idea! Thank you Bali & Boo

Sign was awful. Completely off centre. Customer service was even more awful, completely ignored. Now have a sign I can’t use and £100’s down. Terrible experience.

I was initially pleased with the sign I bought from this company but I feel differently now.
My sign like other people have reported started to peel off and I tried in various ways to contact this company, email & telephone message. They never bothered to reply so feel that my purchase was a complete waste of money from a company that doesn’t care about its customers. Wish I’d also seen some of these reviews before I bought from them, AVOID, customer service is nonexistent.

Avoid these people at all cost, don't give them a penny. There are other honnest businesses elsewhere. They sell house signs not fit for purpose and they don't even answer emails back for genuine complaint. They know that what they sell is crap and keep on selling it. Unbelievable.

WORST SELLER EVER!!! Do NOT USE!!! I don’t care that it’s Christmas - if you can’t fulfill orders or communicate with clients DO NOT TAKE THEIR MONEY !!!!! Am absolutely livid. I wished I read the other reviews before purchasing from Bali and Boo. I ordered a personalised house number with street name. After a week it arrived with errors in the spelling of the street name. I screen grabbed my initial order to keep as proof of correct spellings at order stage. I have contacted the info email as there is no phone number to call. After a number of emails I still haven’t heard anything. It’s really disappointing.

Wouldn’t recommend, sign turned up with marks on it. I raised this issue with retailer who advised me to send back which I did. They have since ignored every email I sent following up my refund. I would have accepted a replacement but the gave me a bad impression on their reliability after my emails were ignored. No contact number on website. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank now because of this.

Excellent! I bought a new LED house sign from Baliandboo. To be honest I was a little unsure on using them as there doesn't seem to be many reviews. I purchased the sign which came quickly and was easy to install. I went for the option to put the sign straight into the mains supply. It's a shame the LED sign doesn't come with a timer switch to turn it off but my electrician was able to provide me with one of these. Good company and good service. Would use again
