I made a purchase a week ago. In their email it states they ship within 1-2 business days. I have sent them 2 emails asking for an update. Nothing. I have send messages on social media, nothing. Very disappointing! I will be disputing the charges. Do not order from their website!

I am not a fan of self tanners, they did great very easy to apply and left a great tan color...I have used once a week for 2 weeks now to keep tan up and it works awesome...ordering again...highly recommend

The website was easy to navigate. I got my order quickly. And the product lived up to its expectation.

Hands down the best self tanner I have ever used.

Love this product no stain on sheets which is a plus but beware on older person’s skin after a few days it looks streaky and skin’s wrinkles are more prominent

I placed my order 10 days ago. Got a confirmation email saying I'd get a tracking number in 1–2 business days. It’s been 10 days and still nothing.

I’ve emailed customer support multiple times and got zero response. No updates, no tracking, nothing.

wish i could leave zero stars. ordered and never received my items. contacted customer service and never heard back. i’ll be contacting my bank tomorrow

I placed my order ( CA1185XX) over a week ago, received an email saying my order was confirmed and should ship within 2days, and I'll receive an email once shipping label is created.
9 days later, no shipping email. Tried writing to customer service a few days ago to know when my order would be sent. No feedback

Products arrived quickly, the process was very smooth and the products themselves were very high quality, overall a great brand and company!

I've been buying Bali Body tan for a while now, but recently tried the tinted super serum and let me tell you, this is my new favourite product!! I use it on my face every day. So good if you don't like heavy foundations and also looking for some sun protection.

I paid extra for express delivery but my product wasn't shipped until a week later. By then, I was away and no one was there to pick up my parcel.

I contacted them twice before leaving asking to cancel my order since it hadn't been shipped both times I heard nothing back. I have since been in contact to resolve the issue of having no products and no refund. Still no response.

I was a fan of Bali Body before because I've been using their self tan for years and it's definitely a good product but I recently bought their Self Tan Body Mist which is a disaster - the color isn't even, it starts peeling off and looks like dirt after a week or so.

So I decided to leave a review to prevent potential clients about these effects and after I published my review, it's nowhere to be found. If you're a reputable company that cares about its clients, you don't delete negative reviews but work on your products instead, do you?

I panicked after ordering once I saw the reviews. On the contrary to other people’s experience I received my dark mouse tan and face tan and brush in time with no issues. The body mouse is great and super easy to apply with the brush, takes minutes, literally before you leave the house. I will use these products again for sure.

So far never receveid the product and it has been more than 1-2 days business as they told me and so far never had any updates. From what I´m reading probably never going to.

I bought the sunblock and the tinted super serum. The one thing I noticed is the bottle the super serum came in is double the size of the amount of product that is in it. I have other products that are 30 ml. The bottle is half the size and on top of it when I shake the bottle, you can tell there’s, definitely not a full bottle. I can’t help but not appreciate that. If I were to make a product and only fill it halfway of the container that wouldn’t make any sense so I’m not sure why they did that for the price I’m gonna go with I won’t be buying it again i’m tired of companies, pretending to support people who support them, but giving us such a small amount/30 mils for over $35? I did want a tinted sun protector but I think I’ll just make my own. I’ll buy a tinted product and a sunblock and mix them together plain and simple save myself a lot of money. I personally think there’s probably better options.
