The colour of the cardigan I ordered did not match the colour portrayed online and the quality was awful!
When I contacted them to return the product, they offered to refund me 10% of the product price if I kept the item and suggested that I gift it to someone else!
I insisted on returning the product and then they offered me a really 'generous' deal of 20% refund of the product price! Again I insisted that I wanted to return the product and queried why I could not return the item to the return address on the package( in Australia) rather than the return address in China which they gave me and which will cost me around AU$38.00. Unsurprisingly they have stopped answering my emails.
This company engages in misleading practises by leading people to initially believe that the product is shipped within Australia( Brisbane) and that their products are of a good quality. Their refund practices are ridiculously unfair. I will be reporting them to Australian consumer authorities. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not shop at BalineBrand it is false advertising and I received my jackets horrible material told that they had come from china and that I couldn’t return them only receive a %10 return!

Be aware …

I ordered two tops and received items that were not the correct size, including one with no size label at all. After initially ignoring my messages, the company offered me a 30% refund if I kept the incorrect items, or I could pay to return them to China. Expecting customers to cover return costs for the company’s own error is unacceptable.

Their website also advertises eco friendly cardboard packaging, yet my order arrived in plastic, which is misleading.

This company engages in poor quality control, misleading advertising, and unfair refund conditions. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
