I gave the company 5 stars because the final outcome was fair to me. But, I was very close to giving 3 stars. The reason was the communication with the reclamation department. I purchased a rifle. The stock of the rifle is structurally attached to the gun with a hinge (EPIC TWO). The firearm was visually well packaged, and I had no reason to expect any problems. Nevertheless, the hinge of the rifle was broken. I received the package containing the rifle at midday; three hours later I opened the package, saw the broken hinge, and informed the company within half an hour. Everything happened on the same day. Despite this, I was accused of having broken the hinge myself during use. In addition, the subsequent communication was rude. It felt as if I had been transported back 20 years, to the end of the Soviet era.
But as I wrote, the company—apparently another department—resolved the issue fairly for me. And quickly, because today I received the replacement part that had been broken. If this incident is set aside, I actually like the shop quite a lot. They have a good selection, including a strong range of spare parts. In addition, they offer a good selection of accessories. And the prices are competitive compared to other shops.
