Location, staff and the serenity of it all, just lovely

Beautiful villa , lovely to be in the centre of town but such a tranquil place. Service excellent would certainly go back. !! Villa available on booking.com but service provided by Bali villa escapes outstanding definitely book through latter

A beautiful villa in a central location. Very responsive to all queries and helpful on arrival. A tasty breakfast! Highly recommended

The staff were fabulous and attentive
We had rats in the kitchen which was disappointing
The air conditioning was faulty in the main bedroom which was attended to twice during our stay.
The pool was clean but had broken tiles on the steps as you entered so was dangerous.
The fridge was also faulty. Very noisy during the night.
The villa is in a great location, the staff only to happy to help but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at villa Dewi Lanjar a beautiful villa with fantastic views the staff were fantastic! Bali villa escapes answered my queries very quickly and would definitely use them again.

We had a brilliant stay, the house keeper was amazing and barely knew she was there but nothing was ever a problem. Location was great and walking distance into town.

All the hard work is done allowing a relaxing family holiday. Unexpected little extras made it super special. Airport pickups/ability to add airport drop offs & late checkout. First morning cooked breakfast. Bottled water. Well thought out, clean & secure accommodation. Daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Well kept pool & gardens at your doorstep to allow a cool down as needed. Welcome book of activities & good local restaurants. All round one of the better holiday experiences I have had in some time. Thank you to all involved.

Staff, service, value for money & amazing accommodation

Eris did a great job coordinating our trip with the villa staff and giving us an enjoyable experience.

The villa staff and chef were very courteous and made dishes to suit our taste. The villa was kept clean at all times and so was the pool.

Will definitely consider coming there again and recommend it to our friends as well.

We had an awesome stay at Villa Maya. The villa manager was there to greet us along with our butlers (apologies I forget your names but you were both outstanding). The manager gave us a personal tour and was available to answer any questions which was a nice touch.

The villa itself is outstanding; very spacious, grounds are kept clean, inside modern and comfortable.

Pool is huge and deep, our 4 year old and myself spent a lot of time in the pool!

Brunch Club is just a quick walk down the road so a great option for breakfast and lunch.

Would suggest taking some mosquito repellent as quite a few around due to the villa being situated close to rice paddies, but staff are good at spraying for mozzies and making sure everything can be done to keep them away (we actually hardly got bitten at all).

From the moment we arrived at Villa Aramanis we were impressed.
We were welcomed by a staff member with a cold drink and there was a beautiful fruit basket filled with exotic fruits, the air con was on in every room.
Twee was more than a Butler, she was our friend, chef, advised us on touring, cooking lessons, she was amazing, we all loved her. All of the Villa staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Everything said WELCOME for the next 10 nights!

We loved staying at Villa Angel in Seminyak, the house was amazing!! The staff were great, a BIG thankyou to Dian and crew.
We stayed with our 2 children (aged 6 and 8).
Very friendly

So happy with how everything worked out. Booking was easy. Transport was organized. Villa was just as pictured and in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A special mention to Sri who diligently cooked breakfast for us each day and helped us with many things during our stay. She was so nice to talk to and the kids loved her too.
Can’t fault anything on this trip. I’d be happy to book with them again.

Our stay in August 2023 was better than we could ever have expected. Nurul and her team went over and beyond arranging and assisting with our needs to make our family trip an unforgettable stay. They even organised and surprised our daughter with a birthday cake to celebrate her 21st. All the staff were so friendly with a very special shout out to our Butler Made who cooks the best Balinese breakfast and made us all feel so welcome. Thank you again and we will definitely be back to stay with you again.
