I have used their service 2 times, once in 2023 and once in 2025. Here are the things you need to be very clear: There are a lot of websites that pretend to be them. By searching on Google, there will be at least a dozen that show up, but the correct website is the one on this Trustpilot site.

In 2023, I was staying in Bali and needed to extend my tourist Visa on Arrival. It is a simple service. They have a delivery guy coming to my hotel, take the passport, and then they whatsapp me with the appointment at the immigrasi to take photos and fingerprints and I get my visa extended in the passport. Fast and clear timeline.

In 2025, I want to apply for D1 visa, the fee is higher because it is the 1 year visa. I sent all the documents in their websites, paid the fees by paypal, and then in 7 days I get my D1 visa with a sponsor letter, a step-by-step guidance to use the Autogate at immigration at the airport, the warning that I need to buy a return ticket before enter Indonesia, a guidance to register my phone (to use in Indonesia), and a clear guidance on extension and the fee.

From my experience, all the steps are communicated clearly with price upfront. Their price is not crazy low, but for me, it's reasonable. Their service is as they promise, in terms of deadline and guidance. They are available on WhatsApp as well, and their whatsapp you have to get their numbers from their website, not to be confused by scammers (I saw some people got fake WhatsApp numbers by asking on facebook groups and it turned out to be impersonating scammers).

Worst visa consultant ever. Zero professionalism, false promises, and no response once they took the money. Completely wasted my time.

Scammers. They wait until the day of your visa expiration to ask for more money. I said no and had to do it myself, then they wouldn’t issue me a refund so I paid them for nothing. Don’t use!
