SCAM Order placed 15 days ago without updates

I placed an order 15 days ago and they have not given me any information about the shipment, I have sent them an email to the one indicated on the website because "the official email does not work" but they do not answer. I have also written to the telephone number indicated on the website. They don't answer either. Now I see that there are several products in promotion which will probably generate more sales. Be careful, do not buy it, the products do not arrive.
