Zero Stars

Zero Stars. Zero Reliability. Zero Value Delivered.
I placed an order with a stated delivery date of July 3rd for my one-year wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived three days later — a full 72 hours after the occasion they were purchased for had already passed.
A commitment attached to a specific date is not a suggestion; it is the entire value proposition. Ballard Blossom failed to deliver the one thing it was paid to deliver: timeliness. The product that eventually arrived was, by definition, irrelevant — flowers for an anniversary delivered after the anniversary have no function, sentimental or otherwise.
There was no proactive communication about the delay, no attempt to mitigate the failure, and no acknowledgment that a promised date is a contractual term, not decoration on a website. This is not a quality-of-product issue. It is a fundamental breakdown in operational reliability, and it converted a meaningful gift into a wasted transaction.
I would not trust this business with any order where the date matters — which, for a florist, is effectively every order.
