Fantastic experience at Ballerz! A special thank you to Tommy, who went above and beyond to make my boys time at Ballerz unforgettable. Outstanding effort and engagement and I would highly recommend to any football fans

We went on a weekday when school was closed. Had the place to ourselves kids (8&5) really enjoyed it. Skills games were engaging and fun. Found it to be decent value.

Visited Ballerz at bluewater. The place looks the part and the 3 boys I took did have a great time but the time allowed for the games is so unrealistic. 30 mins to get round 6 activities is just not doable. We left not being able to complete everything. The only way you would be able to do it is if you are the only people In there! 5 mins for each activity (one wasn't working and 2 were buffering so time wasted having to be reset) simply isn't enough. This seriously needs to be addressed! It wasn't overly busy but whoever set the time slots needs to revisit and reset after a 'real time experience'. Can't help but feel ripped off. Won't be going back.

My daughter booked this for my grandson's 10th birthday. She booked a time which was confirmed. When she arrived it was double booked despite being in the diary. They had to wait an hour. The football activities were ok and the boys loved it however 3 of them were a bit hot and left their football skins in the changing rooms and they were pinched. I understand they shouldn't have left them in there but given them to an adult but the staff weren't bothered. After the food my daughter had booked the 30 minute games session which they didn't seem to have a record of so she complained after which they added this on. Altogether very poorly organised and managed and not really worth the money.

Shame that there are no rubbish bins on show ...I wonder why ?

Great evening for the boys but despite phoning at least 5 times over a few months never received the pictures or footage that were supposed to be taken, I was always told I would get them the next day. Understandably the Henry Powell, the birthday boy is very dissapointed, so a good evening but dont expect to get any video from them.

Had to ask for the birthday boys present and still haven't received the footage from the pitch time. Was supposed to receive 30 mins on the pitch but only received a 15 min match. Wristbands stopped working after 5 minutes for the 30 min time in the skill zone but time wasn't extended while they sorted the wristbands out. Very disappointed for the price paid.

My son had his 7th birthday party here today. And I can’t help but be a little disappointed due to the price I paid. Don’t get me wrong - it was good! But there a few little bits that were frustrating.
For starters, our party host had no idea what was going on, lots of games in the skill zone wasn’t working and the boys didn’t get a lot of time to play as it was so busy . Then when they had their pitch time - it was good! But afterwards we had no idea what we were doing and waited in the away room for 10 mins- no water was given to the boys but they were jugs and cups left over from the party before us. You aren’t allowed to have candles- unless you take the cake outside but it was raining lol. So we had to sing happy birthday with pretend candles. The party states two hours, but we were done within an hour and a half, it also states you get a gift for the birthday boy and a game highlights sent to you, but we haven’t had either. Party host was nice enough , but I didn’t know where he was most of the time- and it just felt it was really disorganised. This is the most expensive party I’ve ever had for my son- and I’m just a little deflated . Also normally at parties the birthday boy is made a fuss of- but I don’t think anyone even acknowledged who was the birthday boy was. I never complain about anything- and I’m not saying it’s not good, my son had a good time. We would come back again- however I do think the party’s need to be made a bit better compared to others we’ve had.

Also I’ve seen there is a gaming lounge- we didn’t even know anything about this! So what a waste of time . We could have spent the last half an hour there.

Did not recive my order and didint get my Money back not gonna order from here again
