Op 29 juni verzonden nu 10 juli nog niet binnen. Volgens ballin lag het aan de vervoerder maar deze stuurde screenshot dat zij het nog moesten ontvangen.
Nu mail dat het 17 juli binnenkomt

Erg slechte service! Jammer
Erg jammer, 2 verschillende hoody's maat 12 besteld. De 1 zit prima, maar die andere krijgt hij amper over zijn hoofd en zit erg strak om zijn lichaam. Beide maat 12 dus dat is erg vreemd, de 1 leek meer op maat 10 met langere mouwen. Nu wil ik dus 1 trui terug sturen, niet omdat hij deze niet leuk vind maat gewoon omdat de maat niet klopt, moet ik dus zelf voor de verzendkosten gaan betalen. Dit was de 1e maar zeker ook de laatste keer dat ik hier heb besteld. Mijn zoon gaat wel een ander merk dragen. Je kledingmaten moeten wel kloppen Ballin!!
