Ordering process was difficult. Website didn’t load. Eventually got there with emailing them. However, Balloons which was a special 40th birthday gift never delivered. Terrible customer service to find out what actually happened- after over a week and me chasing them told they were lost in transit. Courier issue. Not theirs. Nothing to rectify other than my refund. Still waiting for that. I’d find another company if you want express balloons to be delivered- you’ll be disappointed with this one. Waste of time!

Hi Kate, pretty dissapointing you left 1 star review after trying to help. We immediatly offered a refund without even knowing what exactly happened with the package. Because we work with Luna (who works with Packs) it took a while before they found what happened with your package as we told you. The reply came over the weekend, so yeah sorry we had to inform - unfortunatly- on Monday that your package was lost by packs. If you wanted new balloons, just told us but the refund was already accepted. We always help. Kind regards.
