Dear Tamás, what a lovely birthday gift to receive, and even better that the morning came together so smoothly from pickup onward! Hearing that the crew's warmth and politeness stood out means a great deal to us, as that's exactly the tone we hope every flight has. Floating over the desert for a birthday is a pretty special way to celebrate, and we're glad it lived up to the moment. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.

Warm regards,
Balloon Flights Team

Dear Gary, that sunrise send-off is exactly the memory we hope every guest takes home, and it sounds like our crew's humor matched the view! Jimmy will get a good laugh out of being called "de man," and he'll be glad you enjoyed the footage he captured as much as the flight itself. Accommodating and friendly is what we aim for every morning in that basket. Next time you're craving another early start over the desert, we would love to have you drifting along with us again.

Warm regards,
Balloon Flights Team

Dear Rahul, that sunrise view at 4000 feet is exactly why we love this flight so much, and hearing it felt steady and smooth rather than nerve wracking is great to know. Our pilot will be pleased his humor kept the mood light the whole way up! Thanks for capturing it so well in your review, it genuinely sets the right expectations for others.

Warm regards,

Dear Jasmine, reading "A to Z" made us smile, that's exactly the experience we aim for from pickup to landing! Clean, safe, professional, you covered all the bases. We'll pass your kind words on to the whole crew who looked after you in the desert skies. Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

Warm regards,

Dear Karthikeyan, Ezekiel clearly turned nerves into confidence out there on the ATV, and that's a real skill. Thank you for sharing this, it made our day!

Dear Lalit,

What a sunrise to witness! Floating over the Dubai desert as the sky changes color is exactly the kind of moment we hope every guest carries home, and it sounds like our crew delivered that from takeoff to landing.
Comfort and professionalism onboard make all the difference at that hour, so it's wonderful to hear both stood out to you.

Thank you for such generous words and for recommending the flight to others visiting Dubai.

Warm regards,
Balloon Flights Team
