Efficiency

The balloon was delivered promptly, however it was a bit deflated so not as great as I would have liked. However the company offered a replacement straight away or a credit on my account - which I used.

Very happy with delivery , the balloon was amazing ( and free sweets!) I would give 5 star but would have preferred a choice on colour for added balloons to compliment.. possibly my fault should have stayed a gift for a little girl .. otherwise very pleased .. thank you

Was very disappointed to find out that one of my three balloons that i sent, arrived deflated. The other two looked lovely and it was a shame the 3rd ruined the effect. Also would have appreciated a notification that it had been delivered as well as dispatched as it was a surprise gift so was unsure if it had arrived.

Ordered from abroad and everything seemed seamless. Happy happy birthday girl, balloon looked big and robust and colourful!

Ordered balloon for delivery, then due to circumstances wanted to change delivery to day before to different address, change made and confirmed and arrived as per new instructions. Excellent service and lovely balloon made a nice surprise. Will buy from again

Excellent service. Ballon was amazing only fault was it was a little deflated on arrival out of the box! The ballon only just made it off the ground! Unfortunately I think that was due to weekend delivery?

The day before I bought a balloon in a box I had looked on line most of the day but could not see anything I liked all were either dull colours or black I realise everyone is different in taste.When the next day I tried again & found balloon in a box and spoke to a very kind and helpful lady who I could order a lovely balloon she helped me through it all,It came the next day.My friend loves the balloon.Sorry to go on so much.Thank you I will certainly buy from you again.

Ordered balloons for a my sis in laws new baby as a surprise only for the balloons to arrive deflated. So embarrassing. Contacted and they sent out replacement balloons a few days later and today heard they didn't even last a day. Asked for compensation and they refused. This company is a joke. I had a few more events coming up and was considering buying more from them but not now. I will never be purchasing from them again. Better to go to other companies where it is actually cheaper but better quality. I also wanted to clarify the lie they told me in my email that the balloons were of higher value than originally purchased. Clearly you don't know how to calculate because it was actually less than what I had purchased. The customer service is just appauling and they lie to make themselves look better. Terrible experience never again!

I ORDERED WELL BEFORE MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY BUT ARRIVED 3 DAYS LATE THATS BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO GET IT TO HIM ON TIME,WHICH I THOUGHT GIVING 7 DAYS NOTICE WOULD BE LONG ENOUGH,WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Arrived on time - but lasted less than 30 minutes - seam at side had just come apart. Messaged this company - but got absolutely no response at all. Will not use this company again because of their lack of customer service.

I had to give 1 star so that I could write this review. I ordered in plenty of time. Despite this the balloon was over 2 weeks late. The company were apologetic but refused compensation. This was for a special birthday and I’ll never use them again. Slow to respond to calls and emails.

Ordering process was quick and efficient.
The after sales service was excellent, promptly taking action to my queries.
The one thing that lets this company down, is the carrier used. You’ll need to pay an extra charge during payment process, if the balloon is to be delivered on time.

I bought some balloons for my sister's 50th. I mistakenly put the wrong delivery date on my order and the balloons came a week early. When I contacted the company they were only too happy to help. They reordered the balloons immediately. The balloons came on the required date. Great product, excellent customer service.

I sent a get well balloon to my sister as I couldn't get to see her and she loved it! She said it was such a lovely surprise and every time she sees it twirling around in the corner it makes her smile! I found the balloon in a box website really easy to use with a great selection of balloons for every occasion, and the balloon gift very good value. I'll definitely use this company again and in fact, having spotted the Valentine's Day balloons, I might just send one! Just for fun!

Sent a big numbers birthday bouquet to my Mum for her birthday to arrive the next day. She was delighted!
Would use again.
