Scammers are behind this online store. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE, because you won't receive your purchase. They don't respond to your email. I sent one to ask for my money back. I thought I would write an email saying that I wanted to return the items I never received. They don't respond to that either.
The delivery took far longer than was advised. When I first contacted them I got an immediate response but following emails requesting delivery updates went unanswered. The product arrived sub-par and not true to advertised size. I followed the returns process but have had zero response. Do Not Buy From This Site!
I placed an order with Ballshops.com and, so far, I have not received it.
The company provided me with a tracking number (OMYOQ202781342), but I have been unable to verify any actual shipment or identify the courier handling the parcel.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that there was a delay in scanning the package at an international distribution centre and that they had opened an investigation with the courier. However, they did not provide the name of the courier, the exact date the parcel was handed over to them, or a direct tracking link where I could independently verify the shipment.
I have asked them to provide these details and proof that the parcel was actually dispatched.
At this stage, my experience has been very disappointing and the lack of transparent, verifiable shipping information is concerning. I will update this review if the order arrives or the company resolves the issue.

Purchase was confirmed but I have not received the purchased item and I have not received an answer to my complaint mail. I very much suspect that this shop is deceiving its customers. Be careful.
