Ordered a coat Feb 3rd still not received it i have emailed several times I have now asked for my money back £90 no response stay clear of this company SCAMERS

The camo shirt I received was much smaller than the sizing chart they advertised. They make you send it to them at your own risk in China. The postage is more than the shirt. I will never purchase from them again.

I haven’t received my package but that wasn’t the worst..

After a very very long conversation of not receiving my package they decided to just not answer anymore and not refund anything.
In this case I needed to contact Paypal to solve the problem. After 2 months I could finally get my money refunded to my wccount. They are not thrustworthy, be careful ordering here!!

Basically false advertising. The jacket I received lacked the style and quality shown online. Then could not get my money back even after I had posted the jacket back.

This company does everything they can to mask the fact that it is in China. So after you wait 6 weeks and get the items, the quality is extremely poor. Then you request information for a return. The company knows that given the shipping rate, you won't return anything. You are stuck. It's a scam

Ordered a jacket 5 weeks ago and still showing "In Tansit" from China to NZ. Don't buy from this company.

Received my order after more than 6 weeks. Whenever I order size EU45 from European manufacturer, it is the correct size. When buying shoes from China this is always (1) size too small. Need to order EU46 when ordering China-made shoes.

Really poor. I ordered a blue jacket and they sent a black one. They told me I had to spend $40 to send it to China if I wanted it replaced. They also said that maybe I ordered the wrong one as sometimes black appears blue.

The quality is also not that great now that I have received the products.

The purchased jacket looks quite ok, however, it smells like an accident in a chemical laboratory. When wearing the jacket also noticed directly that the buttons all rattle around. When walking, you hear thus continuously an unbearable clacker noise.

For these reasons, I wanted to return the jacket. Customer support responded within 2 days. I received a return address in China and the information that Balmonti requires a tracking number for the return shipment. When I went to post the package at the postal station, I was informed that a shipment with tracking number to China costs 45€. And even with that, it was not guaranteed that the package would ever arrive at the address mentioned.
In any case, this is the last time I ordered from a provider who has his goods shipped from China and returned to China without paying the costs.

So think twice before you take the risk when buying.
