Nothing extra but much money

I am very Sorry about order delivery. Last order was packed in very designed box. The order cost too much money i think and i expected more. Moveover it was a gift.

At the moment, we have chosen the shipping bags because we are going to come up with something new that will make everyone happy.

We are not doing it intentionally to stop shipping orders in our box, but this is a temporary option.

Very good

I order T-shirts, short and the quality, cut and style are well thinked. The Packaging look very nice. The only negative it's the zip on the short that look quality material but always block and this is very annoying please improve that !

Thanks for the excellent service, there was a small issue in the delivery but they solved it sublimely! I am extremely satisfied with my order and can only recommend the BALR brand to everyone!

Poor all round

Put an order through. Got the shipping label and UPS tracking but no package. It's been almost two weeks. They have no idea where my stuff is. UPS say they've never received it. Don’t even know where the option to get a refund is because they don’t have one. Bloody joke!

Worst customer service experience

Everything works well until you have a problem. I've tried to shop in their online store and wanted to use my giftcard that I got a few months ago. I couldn't use it bc I got an error message that the code is not valid. I called them immediately and a lady told me to write them an email and they'll solve my issue the SAME DAY. Now it's 3 business days and I haven't heard back from them. The item that I wanted to purchase is of course SOLD OUT by now...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Extremely overrated brand(Especially by themselves)

Extremely mediocre quality with very limited creativity in designs and very overpriced....that would summarize the brand BALR is.

The lack of creativity in the designs is shocking, and the price VS quality balance is absolutely absurd. I don't have a problem with a brand that is positioning as highend and has prices of tshirt about 70 euro, but than at least ensure the quality is worth it and justifies the price....BALR is overpriced and overrated and hyped by football celebritities.

Order still not shipped after 9 days

I placed an order on March 13, and it still needs to be processed. So I'm already waiting for 9 days, and communication from Balr has been terrible. I received one e-mail to inform me about the delay, and it basically says that they have no idea when my order will be shipped.

I really expected a much better service from Balr, which is marketing itself as a premium brand. I guess they still have a lot to learn about customer satisfaction...
