Good customer service ! Delivery was as promised, mirror was in very secure packaging. Mirror has very simple fastening to the wall, slim and light frame. On the wall mirror also looks light since supporting frame is hidden behind the led lighting. Lights and surface heating works well. Good value for the money !

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star rating - it's much appreciated! Delivery times are tricky during the holiday season, we do the best from our side but cannot control couriers. 🎄

We are very satisfied with the mirror…
We are very satisfied with the mirror itself, the ambiance the soft led light gives to our bathroom is beautiful. Also, it works so well when we take a shower, no steam is left on the mirror, so you don’t need the extra cleaning from steam spots, it just stays nice and clean. The delivery was also very fast and easy to track. Thank you, team!

Had the best experience possible. Ordered 2 mirrors - with front LEDs and back LEDs. One mirror came with some minor issue with LEDs (flickered in one side) - they solved the issue in the most professional / fast way - by sending me new mirror. I like the build quality, the speed of shipment and client oriented support - wish the company all the luck in the future!!
