Great shopping!

This was my first purchase and it was really easy. Delivery was free and it took 4 days (over Christmas!) and used DHL, which has always been a really secure, dependable courier. Overall, I'm really impressed and would highly recommend :)

Will not take accountability on sending wrong jeans

Update: they still will not take accountability for the wrong pants delivered! The “lighting” is not differentm the color is! They offered me 10% off a future offer, like I will shop with them again!
Ordered a pair of Haikure Bethany pants in white. They shipped me blue. When looking at their website they have multiple pairs of Bethany jeans at different prices and colors but all with the same sku # though the description states the color. I contacted them with a screenshot of the pair I ordered in white and a screenshot of the pair they sent me with the description of Blue, They will not take accountability that they clearly sent me the wrong pair and are making me pay for return shipping. Beware!

Was cautious ordering from a new company but thought I’d try them.
Bought a Frame X Ritz sweater on 8th Dec. Arrived 16th to the UK so pretty quick.
Exactly as described, can see it’s genuine from the labels etc.
Sad to see other people on here haven't had the same experience as me x

They shipped a cheaper bag

I’m writing this to document an unresolved material mismatch issue with Baltini.

I ordered an MM6 Maison Margiela Japanese bag that was described on the product page as 100% calf leather. What I received was tagged by MM6 as polyester/polyurethane with leather details (leather-effect fabric), clearly indicated on the original manufacturer tags and internal composition label.

Despite providing photos of the tags and material composition, customer service repeatedly stated that the item was correct and that there is “no alternate version,” even though MM6 sells visually similar Japanese bags in different material variants at different price points. The distinction here is not cosmetic or subjective; it is a fundamental difference in material.

Baltini is insisting this does not qualify as “not as described” and will only accept a return under their standard policy, meaning the customer pays the return shipping fee for an item that does not match the advertised material.

I attempted to escalate the issue privately and requested written confirmation equating synthetic PU/polyester to calf leather, but this was declined. The conversation was closed by reiterating policy rather than addressing the discrepancy.

Sharing this so other buyers are aware: if material matters to you, double-check carefully and be prepared for resistance if there’s a dispute.

edit: exactly my point they decide that use a different picture for the bag then what they send with different information and it’s the customer fault. 100% bad business. Also they are not accredited by the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, trust it’s for a reason.

I returned an Item in October

I returned an Item in October. (As per there policy had UPS collect the return item)
UPS have lost the item.
It's now Decemeber and I still haven't been refunded.
Can anyone tell me how I can escalate this further than just dealing with Baltini.
There customer service seem to be trying not to refund me.
Please write a reply if you have been in this situation before and know anyway I can get my money back.

unusual return penalties

After a lengthy procedure to purchase two items, which required showing ID and screenshots of the bank card (not usual in Europe!), the return process was also unusual: apart of a complicated way to return - doing more than 10 photos which we had to send by email as the website was unable to admit, Baltini deducted 30 euros from the refund amount for each item, totaling 60 euros. This is also unusual in Europe. The excuse that customs duties must be paid is totally unacceptable, since the shipment was from Italy to Germany, and companies that sell clothing include these costs in their business expenses. We are dissatisfied once again. BAL194626
