Very central and walkable to all essential amenities, with public transport literally metres away, getting around could not be more convenient. 24 hrs buses available near your doorstep. The building sits on a lively junction which brings a vibrant urban atmosphere, and the building itself feels solid, safe and well-maintained, giving genuine peace of mind as a resident.
The apartment comes fully equipped with all kitchen and laundry essentials, making it move-in ready from day one. Natural light is exceptionally generous throughout, creating a bright and pleasant living environment. As with many city-centre properties, additional storage could enhance the living experience further, though this is a minor consideration in the broader context of what is on offer.
Connectivity here is outstanding. Phone signal is strong across all operators and high-speed broadband is included free of charge by the landlord — a genuinely appreciated saving that is increasingly rare to find these days. Waste management is well handled, with facilities neatly maintained at the rear of the building.
Maintenance requests have consistently been handled promptly and professionally, always carried out by competent tradespeople with minimal disruption to daily life.

Professional, honest, reliable and always available — Peter treats every concern with genuine attentiveness and responds in a timely manner without fail. In a rental market where good letting agents are increasingly hard to come by, Balvay operates to a standard that is refreshingly rare. You are treated like a person, not just a tenant, and that makes all the difference.
