Stay clear of this shop

Stay clear of this shop, appalling service!! Ordered 9th Dec for items that showed as “in stock” and “shipped within 2 days”. No communication since (10 days later), no replies from “customer service” address. Ordered the same day from Jollyroom, Lekmer and Babyland and all arrived quickly - plenty of other options to chose from so will avoid this shop at all costs going forward as I now need to find another present for my daughter and have it arrive with only 3 working days until Xmas.
