I've been working a while now with Bambassador. Their new system is so easy for creating creatives, their service is the fastest, with amazing people who help you 24/7.
There are so many creators as well - and the editing is done in the highest level.

I worked with them through the TTCX multiple times, and they crush it every time; Lisa is amazing, works 24/7, and always manages to deal with everything we threw at her and the team.

I really enjoyed working with them! Their team is super responsive (very fast) and guide you if you need anything. Also, they have so many amazing opportunities!

I’ve been a UGC creator for a couple of years now and have been so impressed with Bambasssadors. The communication is clear and prompt, and the brands that I have created for have all been so fun to work with!

Bambassadors is so awesome! We started off with their "Entry" package (6x videos) and loved the videos so much that we immediately ordered their Diversity (10x videos) package.

The team is very responsive and receptive to your input. Most importantly, the content is hard to beat! It's fast paced, has fantastic scriptwriting and editing, and has significantly boosted our business!

We have now worked with Bambassadors three times and are absolutely thrilled! The entire process was excellently organized, from the initial contact to the final implementation. Communication was flawless – all arrangements were made quickly and clearly, ensuring there were never any delays. The availability of the team is particularly noteworthy, as they were always on hand to answer any questions promptly. Payment processing was also smooth and hassle-free. We would happily work with Bambassadors again at any time and highly recommend the agency!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Verfügbarkeit des Teams, das bei jeder Frage umgehend zur Stelle war. Auch die Abwicklung der Auszahlung verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. I've been working with Bambassadors for a while now and as a creator they've been very straight forward with everything from their briefs and to answering questions. I've enjoyed working with them and I don't plan on stopping any time soon!

If you going to hire them, I hope you don't have any issues, because their customer service is the slowest. 3 months for 1 revision.
The creatives are not of enough quality for the price you're paying.
Their editing is really poor.
Not recommend them at all!

I really enjoyed working with them as a creator and the brief was clear. My personal contact was really great at communicating and offered help with any challenges I had.
Payment was done super fast after I completed the content too!

I've worked with them on several projects, from producing UGC to re-editing existing materials. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results have always impressed me. The team is responsive, professional, and easy to collaborate with, consistently delivering exactly what I need. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for UGC.

They advertise their service as a revolution in the UGC creation world, but in reality, it's just another scam like Billo. You pay $1850 for the basic package, and what you get are 15-second videos, poorly edited and of terrible quality.

The scripts created by the creators are awful, and the ideas proposed in the initial list are completely ignored. Moreover, you don't even have the ability to filter them yourself; the account managers discard all the requests they deem "underperforming." The worst experience I've ever had – I received a total of 5 videos, 3 of which were identical, and the other 2 were just as bad, contrary to what their deceptive advertising suggests.

I repeatedly asked for changes, but they were never respected; the content remained consistently poor in quality.

AVOID THEM AND STAY AWAY; TRUST ME, YOU'RE BETTER OFF SEARCHING MANUALLY ON FIVERR. YOU'LL BE MUCH MORE SATISFIED AND PAY 1/5 OF WHAT YOU WOULD WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

As a content creator, the brand offers ample opportunities to bring in income and work with different brands. Everyone is helpful, and the process is made easy with briefs. I hope to continue working with them. 5 stars

I worked with bambassadors and it was a pleasure to me! The company worked in a fully organized mode, with crystal clear recommendations of creating at the same time when they make me feel to create the content. All the organization was superb. The brief, the project detailing and also the schedule is so organized. I want to keep working with bambassadors.

Very professional, handled everything perfectly and was so reassuring when I was nervous as they are an agency I haven't worked with before.

Couldn't fault them and hope to work with them again soon!
