Little bit disappointed with delay in…
Little bit disappointed with delay in my orders being delivered.
I have previously purchased from here maybe 2 times last year (frigg pacifiers as they are no where else available) it was delivered very quickly. The last 2 times, the item is still not posted after 3 days,I wouldn't mind but it says it comes from Portlaoise and I live I Newbridge. Last time there was a apologise note included but I waited over a week.
I don't think I will shop here again as I found that I can get another 2 pacifiers delivered from Latvia in shorter time than from here.

This is a great Irish Company with beautiful baby items that are hard to buy elsewhere in Ireland. It’s also great value and not overpriced. I got a call to apologise for my order being delayed and asked what would be a good time to deliver it the following day. Great customer service, I didn’t even realise the order was delayed! Lovely people to deal with and a nice thank you message in box when it arrived. I will definitely be purchasing from here again!
