Ordered roof racks for a 2010 4dr Mazda 3 sedan. The kit came with extender pieces which ended up not being needed for my car. Caused a bit of confusion but otherwise the instructions were clear, the racks came in within a week of ordering to Canada and work perfectly! Would recommend!

I am completely disappointed with the purchase of floor mats for my car from this seller. I ordered through their website, paid $90, but received a product that is worth at most $25-30.
The most frustrating part is that the mats don't fit my car - they don't match the dimensions or the shape that was supposed to be. The packaging (just a plastic bag) had the correct label, but inside was a product for a completely different make/model.
Attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful - they do not answer calls or emails, and they ignore any communication! As a result, I haven't received a refund, and $90 has essentially gone to waste.
By buying here, you risk getting a "pig in a poke." I strongly advise against shopping at this store!

Good Customer Service.
Missing part, but Customer service sent it out quickly. Also the standoffs and bolts provided were not suitable so I had to get longer bolts locally from a fastener company. Other than that bars look great!

Cross bars for my Ford Flex

The item I purchased did not fit the car as described. I wrote to bamboli to get a refund, but they didn't answer me until I wrote this review. - They wrote that it was my own fault, that I should pay attention and that I should buy a Renault instead of a vintage Mercedes. Arrogant people. wow
