Shorts OK; fulfillment delays
Shorts I preferred were out of stock for months. Got a targeted email offering a preorder with a very specific, explicit shipping date. Placed the pre-order; shorts didn't ship. Subsequently got multiple targeted ads and emails offering the same specific shorts as in stock and ready to ship. Customer service response after a week after the promised shipping date was they are busy with a big influx of orders. Spending lots of money on advertising and not investing or not able to scale up to fulfill the orders resulting from the ads. Customer service response is boilerplate
