I ordered a pink T shirt on Oct 2 nd it arrived 36th Oct it is not the same S the 1 I ordered it was 32$ and I ended up being charged 54$ I am taking this to consumer Affairs and Fair trading I also want a refund
There is no return address I feel so ripped off Stay away from this company

Came from Ameria (tracking) and arrived after 5 weeks...from Min Tong in Dingley Village....Australia!!

Shirt was nowhere near the original photo!
Neckline and sleeves were different,material seemed different too.
Got Us$3, Us$5 and Us$7 offered.
They kept writing article was ''as ordered''.
NOT!! How can i force them for a full refund? I will pay return post to Dingley Village if i have to.

Took almost 3 weeks to get here. Amount I "paid" through PayPal was $7 less than what actually showed up on my charge. I was charged TAX. There is no tax in clothing in NJ. There are NO TAGS on the shirt at all, oh except for a tiny "L" for size. So no fabric content, washing instructions etc. Tracking this package showed it originated in Sweden (?) yet return address is Chicago. The whole process reeks of BS. Won't use again!

Pages and pages of negative reviews and I am not sure why they are allowed to continue, this company needs to be shut down... crooks false advertising and no return policy 100's of complaints and still running? I will continue to blog these guys where ever I can. Until they are no longer in business...

They do not refund or offer any return option !!!

Return policy unacceptable.
They try and negotiate a negligible refund and tell me it will cost more to return the item. Basically no recourse. Do not purchase from this company.

Charge was supposed to be $43.98, my debit card was charged $53.98. Tried to respond to message. It was blocked and deemed to be an unsafe site by my antivirus software. Unable to find a way to communicate this!

oh my! Ordered an elegant 3/4 sleeve cardigan....after waiting forever, today, I received a package of a disgusting, horrid, hideous patterned piece of unwearable "junk" made out of polyester shower curtain material!!!!
No where to return it, and nowhere to complain.

I waited over a month for these shirts, then when they finally arrived they are the size of youth sizes. Way too small and short! Customer service said their warehouse is in China now so the cost to return them would be extremely high FOR ME. They offered to credit me $6 (I paid over $60!) and suggested I could give them away. Don't buy from them!!!!!

Sizes small. Not normal sizes. They don't return period. If your not happy with product your stuck with it.

I received my order & I was EXTREMELY Disappointed!! I ordered a football sweatshirt and it definitely is not sweatshirt material, it also stated that sequences are on the sweat shirt and there were no sequences on the swearshirt and it was frayed around the neck & sleeves & for what i paid for this swweatshirt, the material is cheap. I contacted the company with pictures and they told me they found nothing wrong with this shirt. I guess they are blind. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

UPDATE: AS OF 9/23/24 THEY WILL NOT TELL ME WHAT THERE RETURN POLICY IS!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREA!!

I really should have read the reviews before ordering. I found a bunch of football mom attire and decided to order before my son’s games started. 3 weeks later and I still do not have my order. Delivery notifications show that it sits in one warehouse for a several days and then sits in another warehouse for several more. Customer service is atrocious. Hopefully I will get my order before the season is over. Do not order from this company!

This company is a scam. Do Not Order from here! I ordered 3 sweaters or so I thought. They had a sweater print on some cheap thin shiny weird material. I wish I could rate this place as a -0 but of course it doesn't allow anything lower than a 1.

Emailed to say they over charged, got immediate response stating item had not been packaged yet and they would refund the over charge.
Emailed back and asked them to cancel..didn't hear back for a few hours and got told, sorry it was sent earlier!
Item arrived after 4wks, awful material, cheap and tacky, ill-fitting and nothing like advertised.
Never ever buying from this useless company.

Very disappointed!!!!! Not as advertised or as shown in photo. Made of cheap, flimsy and awful fabric. Ill fitting and soooo disappointing. Fine, I'll just return it. Due to shipping costs, they offered me $3.00 to keep it; I paid $28.00. Never again, I should know better. DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Next stop Better Business Bureau!

It should be zero stars- all lies and fraud. My item never arrived, although this outfit said it did. Numerous attempts to contact them, usually replied by AI or canned responses. Let this be a warning to us all about companies like this all over facebook and social media. Buyer Beware!

If I had my way they'd receive no stars. In a moment of being really down their upbeat sayings on their t-shirts really helped me. I ordered 3 shirts. Afterwards I found the one I really liked on Amazon, I should of ordered from there knowing I could easily return things and get a refund, they guarantee their products. That one shirt from Bamboo likes was nice. The other 2 were poorly constructed, the material very weird feeling and cheap and the printing of the logos blurry. I asked for a return address and refund. They said they would give me $8 and I could keep everything since postage would be too expensive. Back and forth emails got me no where.
They are obviously a scam company with no return policy. And overall poor products. If you want one of their shirts Amazon carries the nicer one and will honor returns.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is horrible! The items I received were not what I expected and one of the shirts was too small. When I contacted them to return my items they asked me to send a bunch of photos of the waybill, the packaging, and the two items. They then came back and said the items I received were what I ordered and would not be eligible for a return/refund. When I persisted they said it would be very costly for ME to return them and instead offered me $4.00 USD rip off! I now wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. I even tried to cancel my order before it even shipped (I’m talking within 15 minutes of placing the order) and they responded and told me it was already in the shipping process.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sizes are way off and you can’t return. Total scammers.

Waited three weeks… said it was in Ireland customs… then package arrived empty with a return address from Chicago Illinois… they also originally overcharged my card and when I was going to cancel they refunded me the $4.50 overcharge… no way to get in touch with the company… if in fact it is a company??

Horrible quality - “customer service” offered 10% refund.
