Bamboo Little = Unresponsive Business
Can’t get a response on a simple question from this company. Sent multiple emails, and their customer support line goes right to voicemail and directs you to “send an email for the quickest response”.

The product zipper pajamas
The product, pajamas 3-6 month were perfectly wonderful! So much that I ordered another pair. However they sent 2 of them !!! Very expensive !!! Hoping this mistake will be fixed.

We looked up your order history, and we see that you placed one order on the 9th and one order on the 10th. The order on the 10th, included a note and also had the shipping protection which added 0.98. The footie price is the same.
We are more than happy to let you return one of the footies for a refund and have communicated that to you. You then requested to have us exchange the footie for you for a larger size and said that return shipping would be too expensive for you. We have tried our best to accommodate you and we hope you will reconsider your 3 star review since this is not an service error on the behalf of the company. Thank you
