Dishonest company
If your shipping experience goes well it is no problem, but if your package is lost in transit, you will have very poor customer service. The store owner tricked me into canceling disputes on Aliexpress, and waited till the customer protection is over so I can't receive a refund, then NEVER RE-SHIPPED the lost items as promised!! They are very dishonest and inconsiderate about their customers. Only care about profit. SUPER DISHONEST AND UNPLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I will never shop with them again.
Does Bamoer actually even exist??? Dishonest, illegal, illegitimate Chinese Company!!!
B.a.m.o.e.r(Bamoer) or the cheap dupe for Pandora.
Bamoer China is a subdivision and operating out of their parent company Silver Charms Trading Ltd. Shenzhen Guangdong.
To start with all that glitters isn't gold. Holds very true to this newly recognised Chinese Company called "Bamoer" Chinese dupe for widely known, accepted and beloved "Pandorra". Well known in AliExpress(Chinese dupes, please don't fall pray) since 9 years.
Gosh, there is so much. I don't know where to start from.
To start with don't be fooled by everything on display on their websites. China is all about being fancy on the outside. Their webpage might be alluring and exciting and may want you to think of shopping at Harrods or Fifth Avenue, may be in reality they could be operating out of a Chinese dungeon.
Staff, well...eh. We have all heard growing up about how people make and break a relationship. Well I have interacted with 4 staff members plus the owner himself(Dacky Zhao)who gives a damn). The staff I interacted with are namely Joey Lin (Sales Manager officially called Ye Lin), Alma(wholesale manager), Jonathan(marketing manager),Lily(new associate mainly handling shoppee sales). What a horrible journey it's been with these bunch of people. I approached them last week of January 2022. Today as I write it's 18th March 2022, and not a single person is able to respond in a professional manner.
Joey Lin(ye Lin) was my first point of contact along with the new associate lily, she questioned my integrity by calling me a liar? Liar, well yes for questioning the different quotations she emailed me over a two month period!
After I reported her behaviour to the owner and took it upon myself to file a defamation lawsuit against Ye Lin, he forwarded me to Jonathan.
Jonathan, who only talks big, whose full of faff, instead of answering my queries he's telling me sorry I'm so busy organising celebrity and influencer's...yes we believe you🙄 and I really don't deal with sales, I'm more into marketing!
Again after approaching the owner a third time, he handed me over to the most incompetent staff member (Alma) who happens to be their international wholesale manager. Boy this lady takes the cake. Not once has she acknowledged to the actual query in the email. She talks off the roof. She talks about not giving me rates too low which could affect the business sales? I think she should be more worried about building client relationship. At her level she can't send files either pdf or xsls? Ignores all the queries in the email? Addresses you as hello friend? Is that how an international manager should address their prospective clients?
I asked this entire bunch out from circus, about Bamoer? Their manufacturing practices? Their parent company? Their policies and procedures? Believe me I haven't received any answers till date. In these covid stricken times, there are many such Chinese companies which have been hit hard trying to make a come back by appointing absolutely raw, unfriendly, untrained staff.
Not a single staff member poses to answer questions about the raw material used whether it's actual sterling silver or plated sterling silver. Please be aware of all Chinese self declared sterling silver Jewellery. Everything mentioning sterling silver isn't sterling silver it's got a higher percentage of brass, copper it's plated with high quality rhodium which gives it a white super shiny finish don't be filled when they say it's three or four times electroplated and can withstand chemicals, perfumes and sweat. Only a fool would believe a Chinese company. I approached them I learnt about all their loopholes within their own team Inconsistencies in replies, which suggest this company is dishonest and illegitimate 😐
Anyways at first I approached Bamoer starry eyed. The designs felt oh so cute, oh so luxurious, I really wanted to buy a lot from them so I enquired about better rates and trading opportunity for future. Lo and behold I've been given three sets of rates. Every approach has yielded in a different rate. What does this say about the company? Yes you guessed it right. The company has no morals, ethics, policies in place in one simple word the most "dishonest b.a.m.o.e.r." company
(Traders/individual buyers/ sellers wishing to see all information provided by them please contact me via this review.
Please steer clear from b.a.m.o.e.r. (Backward, abrasive, maggoty, ostentatious, egregious, rakish).
