Gaslighting replies
How shamefull can this bank be? After confronting the bank with its staff unethical/unlawfull conduct, the bank tried to gaslight me by stating the following:
1) "we regret any conduct that didnt go towards your expectations", as if nothing unethical/illegal had happened;
2) "we regret that we didnt have the opportunity to explain with detail the alternative proposed to you, even though the number of times we tried to do so", when clearly the bank staff tried to mislead the client towards a terrible product that would cause the client big financial damages (the client understood very well what the bank staff tried to do);
3) "product characteristics are published, following the current rules", meaning the bank staff believes it is free to try BS its clients as long as the product rules are published.
Shamefull, but hey, what to expect from a bank that came out from the BES bank.
